The service of the (tatted blond) tech is why I went back. I usually go to a spa down West Grey, but that day, they had no availability. When I walked-in, I was greeted kindly and the wait time was nonexistent. The place is basic with white walls, ~4-6 private rooms and 1 restroom (accessible). I was offered a special on a Brazilian (buy one, get one free). Now, the follow-up session went better than I expected. The tech was mindful of the wax's temperature and asked me before starting. I've been burned before at a different shop, so this aspect of the experience made all the difference. The second time I was here I agreed to waxing my underarms for something like $22. She didn't hold my skin tight enough and it hurt more than it needed to. My skin was extra raw and still not smooth, no oil afterwards. I carry a roll on coconut oil so that helped me out. While I'm accustomed to waxing--creams, powder, strips, sugar, etc.--no aftercare counseling provided. They is a poster on the room's wall I was in that covers a few key points, but it is not enough information. The location is convenient. Note: I asked for sugar, but I'm still not 100% sure if it's 100% that. Whatever they used seems like a quality product though. They Note: If you have curly hair, no preventative care. Tried them out for their grand opening/complimentary training waxes. It's in a nice area and the staff was kind. I'm just more of a "hard wax" fan and my only real complaint was not having access to a restroom. I had to walk to target next door and of course felt compelled to make a purchase (haha moms and target are inevitable) but seriously....I can't imagine anyone being happy about coming to get a full Brazilian and not have a bathroom for usage. read more

i left this place very upset today, not angry but shocked. i went in for a full brazilian and unfortunately went home and didn't notice hair still fully visible all over EVEN after paying for add ons ($90 total). i called back and they said i needed to pay for even MORE ADD ONS. i ended up having to go home and completely redo the brazilian MYSELF after sitting on my bathroom floor for an hour, i even had to call a different establishment to do my backside which they did for free because they felt sorry for me. i would never come back here. read more

I saw a sign for this place while driving through the neighborhood and decided to check it out before I spent all of my money at Target next door. I was able to walk in & book my Brazilian appointment for a day in the same week and booked it with an advertised special of, "Buy 1, Get 1 Free". Score! I immediately received a text reminder confirming my appointment and I was good to go. Upon my arrival on my appointment day I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies. I filled out new client paperwork then Asia, who was my esthetician, escorted me to my room and gave me instructions on where to disrobe and place my things. Y'all!! Asia was the sweetest and most personable esthetician I have ever encountered! I currently live in NYC and finding these types of workers are extremely rare so I was eating it up. We had great conversation while she executed a flawless Brazilian wax. I am also an esthetician so I am a little judgy and let me tell you, I've been getting waxing services for about 25 years and Asia killed it!! She was super efficient and gentle and did everything right! Right down to sanitary procedures. Not 1 stray hair left behind! I bet she scored a 100 on her state boards! I have several friends who work in the area in this field and I could have booked this service with them but decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. I will get to see her one more time before I head back to NYC but I'll make sure that every time I come back to visit my family that she will be my 1st stop! Also, I'm not sure what type of postwaxing products she used but for the 1st time in my life I did not walk away with my underwear still sticking to my body and feeling like I needed a shower immediately.
