Decided to go with the snaking and Anthony let me know the price and proceeded to do the work. They were very thorough, spending about an hour working on it and testing it. By the end of the snaking, everything was working without an issue! Throughout the work, Anthony and Dom were extremely pleasant. I was very surprised at the very lax/vague statement of work, the proposed price tag of $25,000 and the fact that when I wouldn't sign at 9:00 PM, the quote paperwork was taken away.
