This place is just ok. There wasn't anyone there when we ordered yet it seemed to take a while for our food to come out. The fries came out cold which was disappointing. My husband said his burger was ok but nothing special. My Philly cheesesteak was actually pretty good but seems like it should have had a little more meat in it. My last comment would just be for the kids running both sides to be more conscious of touching their face as well as taking their masks on and off so much. I'm not sure I would recommend this place or not but there's too many good places in town to come back here. Maybe check it out yourself and see if you like it or not. read more

The manager not once came out to explain why the food coming out was delayed, as a manger he should be able to tell customers were upset as many were coming up to check on their order. As well as pick up drivers. He made no attempt to talk to any of the guests. There seemed to be enough employees working but managing how and what to do wasn't happening. Had a rodeo burger and onion rings. Bun was saturated with grease, so greasy I couldn't eat it. Same with the onion rings. They were like overly greasy doughnuts, disgusting. The staff all looked like they didn't care or were stoned, no smiles and little interaction from beginning to end. I talked to a girl, who claimed to be in charge but not sure, know what the food was like and she didn't offer any compensation, just "oh, sorry I'll let them know" then turned away. I had read the reviews and was nervous about trying wayback burger. The service was very genuine and responsive, I got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and a burger which I can't remember the name of. Regardless, my shake came out quickly despite being handmade (they are fast), it was delicious. The burger came out minutes after I got my shake and was still hot and fresh, I only waited about 7 minutes in total for a burger, fries and a shake. The environment was super nice, the customer service was incredible despite being minimal. Now about the food itself, the fries were perfectly salted and fresh as well, I could still feel the crispness of the fryer. The burger was so delicious, the cheese was melting as I was biting into it and the pickles had a crisp I've never tasted before. Excellent job! read more

By far the worse burger place ever. Twice I have ordered them through Uber Eats. The first time the fries were stale and cold. Burger was okay so I decided a month later let me give them a try again, nope even worse. They did not give me my fries or drink then when I called they stated I only asked for a burger ma'am it was a kids meal and the receipt clearly stated the drink. Offered a refund then stated well you need to ask for it through Uber eats. So I call Uber eats and they tell me the merchant decline to give a refund so guess what, I'm mo longer using Uber eats and I'm mo longer eating here. Food is good but service is terrible! Never going back! They took 20 minutes longer on my order then the Wayback burger app said it would. 10 of those were because part of my order was just sitting on the window waiting to be bagged for 10 minutes. I say part because they decided to package it and call my name. I asked about the cheese curds because I ordered them and watched them pack my bag. They said they were out... Bieber would have said a thing unless I asked. Then, they said they could not help but had to use the app. When I informed them it was the Wayback burger app they said they still could not help but to call corporate which was on the receipt. That was a lie. I did send an email to corporate who said for best results to talk to the store. Called the store and they said that they would refund me the next day at 6 if I came in and spoke with the manager because 2 of my bacon burgers were missing bacon and I was missing the cheese curds. This was $9 total of charges that I did not get. Guess what, I waited 30 minutes again, just now leaving because the manager did not come in. But I had to wait for them to tell me that. Let's start with the good! We loved our cheesy burger, chicken tenders and rings. All fresh made and delicious. We had wanted to order on the app but they have turned that functionality off as it is not interfacing well with their internal systems. Orders are made as you order so that is awesome. But I will say there was a 30 minute wait to get our food. The staff are all friendly but there wasn't a sense of urgency for being slower than I would expect. So I think something is off in their ordering or processing system. All of this said. We will go back and expect a wait. The food was worth the wait for us. Still waiting for my correct order. I ordered a single cheeseburger with mustard no tomato as a combo. I got charged for the combo plus a drink. Twice a manager had to come ask what I wanted on my burger because the kitchen was confused. When I went up and asked if my food was coming 25 minutes later one of the kitchen staff called me a bitch. When my food did come out the burger had ketchup on it. Communication between staff was non existent. Managers/supervisors were just walking around avoiding helping their staff . This place has horrible service! Can I call it "service" when I'm standing at the register for no less than 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the slacker employee right in front of me? While four cooks in the back watched, I waited for another employee to approach the register. The employee stared at his/her cell phone while typing on the register. No "hello," no eye contact... no "I'll be with you in a moment." Nothing. Just head down and typing. Ordered the bacon guac burger, expecting the sandwich to arrive at the table looking somewhat like the picture on the wall-menu. Upon arrival, first impression was that the hamburger wasn't much bigger than a northern slider. I know the employees have no control over what corporate dictates as sandwich size. And whereas another review characterized the bun as toasted, mine was kind of mushy. Also mashed down where it looked like a single patty burger, with a small slice of lettuce and a tomato that still had the core. The "secret sauce" looked like it was carefully rationed to be no more than a spattering. First burger: one star Fries directly out of the fryer are pretty good (first tray/attempt), but they become your typical "anywhere" fries after sitting for a short time, which was the second portion of fries received. Once I realized that my first-attempt guac burger had no ...guac- I went to the counter and got the somewhat delayed attention of one of four gentlemen in the kitchen- who asked me if I wanted it fixed or replaced. Replacement in-hand, the second attempt was much more in-line with the photo that enticed me in the first place. Second burger: four stars (ultimate size being the detractor). Mouth feel the burger was good, but price wise and for attention to detail, I think I'll go next-door next time. I'm giving this a 2 because my husband's burger was ok and the onion rings were good. The bad part was I ordered mine with Swiss cheese and no mustard and when I got it there was an excessive amount of mustard on the burger not just a little glob you could easily scrape off. So I took it back and they made me a new one but without Swiss and put American on it instead.
