I decided to take it somewhere else and when I did I was told I had to tow the truck from JX so after driving it there and paying $5,000 I still had to tow it? something did not add up because my truck was driving fine before. Now I need them to guarantee the EGR Valve previously replaced a week ago because it's leaking air I called and asked to speak to the service person assigned to me which was Cody and the person that answer said he was not in when I explained my concerns and decided to speak to Cody later then the person on the phone laughed at me and disconnected the call which was very unprofessional , when I took it in to the new shop not JX I was informed they did not assemble things correctly on my truck and it was a shit show. Now they want my truck in JX to run a test for the EGR valve which I totally understand they need to make sure it's not working before replacing/fixing it but my concern is that I do not trust them and I'm afraid they will mess something else up like they did before and after laughing at me over the phone this place does not seem safe and I wish I did not have to deal with them again. I will say please go somewhere else, this has been a horrible experience costing tons of money and I have not been able to work in a month.
