They are both so genuinely kind, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. George was our officiant and did a perfect job. He met with us beforehand and went over the ceremony with us a few times leading up to the wedding to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Christine was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and answered all of my questions, she made the whole process so much easier for us. The pictures do not do her home justice, and I loved that we were able to customize every detail about our ceremony. With the lighting and beautiful stained glass windows we got a lot of beautiful photos as well. It still almost seems unreal. If you are looking for an intimate wedding, and just want to keep it simple and classy, this is absolutely the place to go!

Several details that we had arranged ahead of time were missed, including one of our requested songs and a ver special wedding reading. One of the most disappointing was our processional song. This was not a last-minute request or something that was misunderstood. we discussed the song extensively with the venue both by phone and through text, including arrangements for how it would be played. It was the specific song I chose to walk down the aisle to, so having it missed was genuinely heartbreaking and especially disappointing on such an important day. More concerning, we learned afterward that several of our guests felt uncomfortable and unwelcome when attempting to use the restroom after the ceremony. They described the experience as hectic and disorganized, which was difficult for us to hear. We had fewer guests than the venue's stated capacity, so it is particularly concerning to imagine how much more difficult this could have been had our full guest list attended. My husband also personally overheard someone involved in our ceremony expressing frustration about continuing to do this work, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable to hear on our wedding day. After hearing about our guests' experiences afterward and reflecting on the details that were missed, we feel it is important to be honest about our overall experience with the venue. We expected the day to be handled with the same care and attention that we put into it, especially with the price point and unfortunately, that was not our experience. We understood that we were primarily paying for the venue and the ceremony, but given the cost, we expected a higher level of attention to detail, organization, and overall service.

I was so relieved, we drove back and on the way back after trying one more person I called the number that he personally gave me. Thank The Most High that I did! Raquelle is so professional and heartwarming, I am thankful for her joining our union. There are many places to marry, but where she unites is beautiful and fulfilling. We often times stress ourselves about a certain image of marriage. Yet, the love provides. Raquelles' space is comfortable and far exceeds. I definitely recommend her. Raquelles' character and demeanor is nothing more of love. I am so thankful to have cross paths with her, especially during my marr with my husband.

This was to be an idealic location for a family celebration. I made the reservation, signed the…read morecontract and made the initial deposit well ahead of date planned. Final payments followed. However, a family member needed hospitalization and surgery right before our date to use the chapel. I notified the owners a month before the date. They informed me that I wasn't going to receive any reimbursement for our cancellation. There was nothing on the contract that stated losing all the dollars paid if a cancellation had to be placed, especially for a matter of medical reasons. I could have understood losing the initial deposit and some of the balance on a prorated level. All they offered was to reschedule the date. But, since it was an anniversary celebration, that was not possible. They were completely unyielding and unsympathetic to our case. If you consider this venue, I would recommend you checking to see if they added amendments to the contract due to our case, These owners are completely selfish and uncompromising. This is not a way to treat customers as you start a new business.
