I responded NO (as requested) and then Reschedule (as requested). Days went by and finally received a call on February 5th to reschedule, which I did for February 6th. The tech came out on the 6th, and I received an estimate within an hour of his visit. I called the office that afternoon and approved the estimate and was told the part needed to be ordered and should be in late Monday. I called twice on Monday, February 9th checking on the part. The first call I was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. The second time I called, I was also put on hold for over 10 minutes and was told a message was left with the parts manager, and someone will get back to me that day. Never happened. I called 4 more times during the week and was put on hold twice for 15 minutes then hung up on. The other two times I was also put on hold for a long time, with the same response as Monday; left a message with the parts manager. I received a call yesterday, February 12th from the person who schedules appointments, and I called him back that afternoon. I left a message and as of today, still no call back. I have since read numerous other reviews and there seems to be issues with customer service (not to mention FH Furr's directive to their sales/technicians to up sell and oversell and sell parts/service not even needed. I suggest you move on from dealing with this company. I could not even get past any services performed!!
