I brought in a webbed belt with a leather tip that I needed shortened. The kind lady looked at it, measured the length I wanted, pinned it at that length and wrote a short note that she clipped to the belt. Then, she wrote up a ticket and I paid. So efficiently confident and kind! She told me to pick it up in 5 days. I picked it up and it was a very nice job! The leather tip was perfectly sewn into the mesh webbed belt. Very good service! I had a last minute dress emergency before a wedding, the seams of my dress were torn and I had a wedding to get to later that day. I was panicking because I was afraid they wouldn't be able to do it in such short notice but I walked in as they were opening and asked the lady if it was possible to have it done in two hours. I love this place. Moon (apologies if I misspelled) the owner is super kind and professional. I took my designer belt to add some holes. I too it after 3pm and her husband finished it in less than 15 minutes b same day service, depends on your request. Very affordable. I am bringing my other wardrobe to Bo Tailor and Shoe Repair. I had a plastic button break off on one of my shoes. I needed them to replace the button on each shoe since there is really no way to find an identical button for shoes. They replaced both buttons for a reasonable cost. The shoes have held up well. No more button issues! I am well pleased. read more

I dropped a pair of heels off on July 6th to have the tabs replaced. On Monday I received a called that some damage had occurred in the process and the owner was willing to replace my shoes at a reasonable price. I get to the shop and he asked me how much did I pay for my heels, and he wrote me a check for the full price! I really appreciated the level of customer service that the owners provided. The lady who works in this shop is a miracle worker!!!! I had to order a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding, and the dress didn't come in until the Wednesday before I flew out (Friday). The dress's bust was two sizes too big, and it was four feet past the floor! Frantically, I called several tailor places and none were open early enough, plus, they were super expensive. I finally found Bo's. They opened at like, 8am, so I took my dress there before work, and she looked it over. We had to brainstorm a bit before we could come up with a way to fix it (the bust was really tricky!) but I begged her to rush the alterations, and I picked it up Friday before my flight. The dress was amazing!!!! It fit so perfectly, she did such a good job. It fit me perfectly, and my dress was the most exquisite one at the wedding! I would recommend her to everyone. The price (for three hems and fixing the bodice) was $80, which is very reasonable, considering the dress had three layers and the bodice had twisted, tricky fabric and a low back. Go to Bo's, you won't be better taken care of anywhere else!!! read more
