So I took a chance and called just to see if maybe they could fit us in for one night. I spoke to Jess and she allowed as to how she could make room for us but it may be without any hookups. I told her that was fine with us and asked if a spot with hookups came available could she please put us in it. After I hung up I realized that I did not give her my phone number so I called back. Jess said that she did indeed have a full hookup space and that she had already moved us into it. When we arrived we were greeted by Brad the bar tender. He directed us to our spot and told us they were open and serving food until 10:00. Once we got settled we went back in for dinner. We had fish & chips, wings and Matt's hot chicken sandwich. The food was good and the service was even better and pretty fast. It is located about 1/3 mile from the I-15 exit ramp. The scenery is awesome, and considering how close to the freeway it is it was decently quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Definitely recommend this small, easy access restaurant, off I-15 in Spenser, ID. Location also has a few RV hookups available at a reasonable price. We'll definitely be stopping in again!

We are from out of town here for birthday weekend. You must make reservations at this place and it…read morebooks up quick. I did make the mistake of calling and asking for good seating since we had never been there before. They then sat us by the bathroom and our poor server was waiting on the outside tables and us by the bathroom. My bad..but still good service and the food....mmm. We ordered the garlic sautéed shrimp and baked Brie. Put those two things on the little toasties and AMAZING! You wouldn't think but it was so good. You get a homemade roll and a great salad with your dinner. I had a pan seared ribeye and the hubs ordered butternut squash. We shared both. It's the perfect blend ribeye with the squash. Must try! Both are also great separately. Very reasonably priced!

The main issue is that the food takes way too long to come out. I do not recommend coming with a…read moremedium or large party or eating outside during dinner. The food was good, but it was not worth the experience. If we knew it would take so long we would have gone somewhere else. The outside seating is comprised of patio tables and chairs lining the exterior of the restaurant. It was nice at first, but there's a bee that likes to fly around which even the server was familiar with. We did outdoor seating and getting there at sunset we were sitting there in the dark with barely any light by the time our food arrived (almost two hours to get all our food for a party of four - 4 entrees and 2 appetizers total). The service was friendly but it was awkward seeing some people getting served even when they were seated after us. I loved the chicken wellington and would say that is the most unique dish at their restaurant. The food is overall good quality but this restaurant is probably better catered for pairs who are looking to celebrate a special event together. Indoor seating preferred over Outdoor seating.

We had one of the best burgers and fries we've had in a long time! The burger was tasty, juicy and perfectly cooked. The fries and tater tots are not overly greasy and were also quite good. Service was fantastic!!!! Kendall (I think that was her name) is quite possibly the friendliest waitress I've ever met. She was calm despite having several tables to tend to. She was friendly and she was efficient. The prices aren't too bad either. We had a cheeseburger, fries/tots combo, a kids cheeseburger and two Pepsi drinks, all for $21.00.

With that being said though, there's nothing that really makes Big Juds stand out either, especially for the price point. Two Burgers, a small fry basket, and a drink + tip was $35. For the sake of comparison, i could get two bacon burgers with unlimited toppings and a large fry + drink for $3 less at Five Guys, and i also get two burger patties instead of one. Five Guys tastes a bit better too, imo. Like i said though, Big Juds isn't bad by any means, just mediocre. There's just so many better burgers out there that it's hard to justify coming here in particular.
