My wife ordered a pastor quesadilla that was also stuffed with meat and great cheese, came with the onions and a side of rice, the beans. It smelled so good we didn't even wait to get home... will be back there soon.

I've never had one before but it seemed very high quality to me. Quesadilla was not the best quesadilla I've had, but really solid. They usually have a live band that plays throughout the event from 6:00-10:00 and games for all ages. It gets packed after the first hour, so I recommend taking chairs and grabbing good spots early. There aren't a lot of places to sit, even for eating so it's good to being your own chairs. The events go well into the night. We think it's a quarterly event, which is cool since we live so close to the plaza.

Unfortunately these two condiments were not free as other concepts include them with your order. The flavor was good however I found them a little drier than I am accustomed to. They are also a bit smaller compared to others. Overall it is a marginal tamale. I did appreciate that these guys are still open after 48 years. And I do want to support these family businesses. It's parked in the lot of a gas station, but also car shop, so parking is a little tight. The menu is to the point, with the main focus being on grilled items and wraps (like their name says). One thing to note is that they do offer rice as a side, but it's not mentioned on the menu. The service is friendly and they try to bring out the food as fast as they can. We got the beef shawarma with fries and the beef chunks with fat grilled (mention it to them if you want medium) over white rice. Beef shawarma is a large portion and it was served cut up. The meat was juicy and I loved the sauces and the veggies in the wrap. Also, loved the fries! They were seasoned very well. The wrap and fries also came with 3 different type of sauces: garlic, spicy, and the pink sauce. Garlic sauce was good, spicy sauce was spicy, and the pink sauce was my favorite, a slight mix of both. The grilled beef over rice was also delicious. The yellow rice was finished for the day, so I got the white rice and it was fluffy and went well with the meat and grilled veggies. The meat was a liiitle tough, but you can mention if you want it rare/medium/well done to them. Veggies (onion, tomato, and pepper) were grilled nicely. I enjoyed eating here, and I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the mood for some grilled food or shawarma. I was invited to the food truck and this is my honest review.
