While there, he even looked at some faucets that had water flow issues and a backed up drain and handled all of them. He was extremely friendly. His prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to some of these larger companies around here that charge an arm and a leg just for simple items. He came at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem (I was not there; my tenant was.) He called me later that day to discuss it with me. Since it would be an expensive repair for an inexpensive, older unit, he suggested I buy one rather than have him (or anyone else) fix it. He also explained carefully what was wrong. He was always very pleasant and professional. It's hard to find a workman who communicates so well and so quickly! I can't imagine how any experience with a repairman could have been better, especially in this post-COVID world. I will be hiring him any time I need help with an appliance!
