I visited HP Audio in Temple this morning because of a connectivity issue between my new iPhone and…read morethe bluetooth connection from my 2010 Lexus. I spoke with the owner, David, for at least 30 to 45 minutes, he attempted to assist me, experimented with disconnecting my phone and then re-connecting, but to no avail. He concluded that my car stereo was too old and would not connect with the newer iPhone. He seemed knowledgeable, tried his best to be helpful, but ultimately concluded that, due to the age of my car stereo, it would not pair with the new iPhone. We talked options, including a new radio, but he advised against this because of all the modifications which would need to be made in my car and because of the expense. We were able to establish a connection, but only when the phone is plugged in. I appreciated his honesty and integrity, his knowledge, and the fact that he didn't try to "oversell" me. David even refused to take payment for the time that he spent with me. I appreciate him and HP Audio for what he did and give it the highest 5 star rating that any business could have. Dave S.
