The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. She was very kind and professional. The bus ride was smooth. She was very responsive and prompt at pick and drop off. We got the party bus for 5 adults and 8 children, cake and goodie bags. There was plenty of room especially for the kids to move around. Bus was very clean and cold water/sodas were provided. Maria also allowed me to add our own drinks to the cooler. Very easy to connect to Bluetooth to play music and control the lights inside the bus.
