I was having trouble picking a roundtrip shuttle service from SNA airport to Anaheim as there are so many, and I ended up choosing Airway One for the simple fact I liked their website; I admit I was a little hesitant due to some of the poor Yelp reviews, but my daughter and I had a great experience with them. I had the worst experience with this business. I traveled alone to the airport with my 3 toddlers. Nervous already for the flight, this man made it worst. He was so rude from the moment he pulled up. He was speeding the whole over 90 mph in a broken down van that sounded like it was going to breakdown. When he unloaded us I smelled alcohol on his breath. He was also swerving. I told him multiple times to slow down that my children were scared. I was about to have him pull over and just drop us off on the side of the road. I didn't know what to do. Just had the BEST experience with Airway One shuttle from Orange County Airport to Disneyland Hotel and back. Did a search for shuttle service that would provide a car seat for my grandson and they were the cheapest. I was a little leary because of that but they had no terrible reviews so decided to try. I'm so glad I did! They contacted me beforehand to reconfirm my flight number - turns out I had given them the wrong number! So I could tell they were on the job checking! When we arrived the driver was waiting for us in his van. It was so nice to have a private van all to ourselves. He stopped at the store to let us buy water etc. Extra $20 but so worth it. And the return transfer was equally as pleasant as our driver Diann was waiting for us outside the hotel exactly at the appointed time in her nice big SUV. It was perfect! Safe driver, very pleasant and the car seat was newer and free. I will definitely use Airway One whenever I need an airport shuttle again. read more

I typically do not leave yelp reviews but in this case I felt compelled to given the blatant lack of care for the safety of their passengers. We booked them to pick us up from sna to Disneyland. The man who picked us up was beyond rude and the car seat he installed for us was dangling by a thread and was filthy. The car smelled awful. He was changing lanes without looking and almost got in a car accident. I was saying prayers and holding on to the car seat for dear life. Additionally when I brought these concerns to his attention he couldn't have cared less. Needless to say we got a different company for the way back and I want no one to go through what we did. SNA airport to hotel speeding in the fast lane 90 mph. Return from hotel to airport - I had to ask the driver (which is the owner) to please slow down after riding another cars rear end on the freeway going 90 mph in the fast lane, appeared to have been drinking, went out the lane, gripping steering wheel both hands looked like he was going to fall asleep. Car seat was filthy. Poor communication. Please keep yourselves and family safe and do not reserve with this company. SNA needs to remove this guy under shuttles on their website. read more

We used Airway One Shuttle's service 3 times. The first time was to go from SNA to the Clarion Hotel. I wanted a service that offered a car seat for my toddler. The car seat was clean and the driver secured it. He got us safely to our hotel. The next morning, we got the same driver to take us to Disneyland. He showed up a couple minutes early and drove us straight to Disneyland. The driver was friendly and made the ride pleasant. I thought that was the last time I would need to use their services since I was meeting up with my family that night and my family members would be able to drive me and my toddler around. The morning of my birthday, the person who was supposed to be taking me and my toddler to the airport decided to make a poor choice and drink about half of a huge bottle of alcohol. I was 5 months pregnant and had a toddler and did not feel safe being driven by someone who was clearly under the influence. I stayed up for hours trying to find a car service that offered car seats. Airway One Shuttle came through for me even though it was super last second. The same driver came to pick us up a couple minutes early. I am forever grateful for that driver and Airway One Shuttle for not only driving us all over the place but for ultimately keeping me, my toddler, and my then-unborn baby safe. read more

Do not book. I received a call where I canceled the service with no problem. A day before the flight, I received a confirmation text which I wrongly assumed was from the actual service I booked. When I received a confirmation text from the booked service, I immediately called Airway to say this was canceled. The person on the phone hung up on me and then had the nerve to text me that I confirmed via text and they didn't care about the cancellation but I didn't have to lie. It was so unprofessional and childish I was shocked. I texted back that there was no reason to call names over a misunderstanding. The response, "what, you want us to call you? Stop texting us". No apology or recognition that they were out of line over a mistake they made. Do NOT spend your money here. I don't care how "cheap" they are, their lack of accountability and professionalism is off the charts. I know teenagers who have more maturity than people at this company. Pay attention to the other one stars and you will see there is a pattern. read more

But it was easy to find him in the transportation area, plus he was right on time. Our family of 7 is a lot to handle, but he helped us with our bags and we were on our way. I inquired about pricing a few months ago, I never followed through on anything, yet today I received a text message confirming a pick up for tomorrow. Of course I was confused, they sent me a form showing all of my information. I stated that I had just been getting prices and asked to make sure I wouldn't be charged anything. Of course I went back to my original email and saw that nothing would be confirmed until I paid, which of course I never did, that was confirmed through the text. I apologized for the confusion (even though I did nothing wrong) and the response I got back was absolutely disgusting coming from a company. The actually transportation service provided was excellent, but the billing is less than desirable, even fraudulent. I paid over the phone for my trip the day before and the office ran my credit card information with a Square for the proper amount. However, later that day, the office ran my card again for the same amount with a Square, thus double charging me. This did not come to my attention until after my trip. I attempted to contact them regarding this but had to leave a message and never received a return call. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company for the fraudulent double charge. Merchant responded by sending my credit card company copies of both Square receipts from running the card twice. I contested that with my credit card company, as I only had one reservation for a one-way trip on that day for the amount of the original charge. Merchant then sent back to my credit card company that I had failed to comply with the cancellation policy and hence the second charge, which was for a non-existent trip or reservation. I am still having to deal with now over 2 months later. read more

They were to pick us up at 7:15 am! The driver called and said we must be ready in 5 minutes because it was pouring rain and traffic was heavy. This was at 6:55 am . Was not raining and traffic was very light. He never said good morning or even acknowledged we were there when he picked us up or dropped us off at the airport. Started our vacation off lousy. Same driver picked us up when we returned and we asked one more time where he was parked. His reply was, I already told you once. Well, I had enough and told him what we thought and he never apologized or said one word.
