Grant also told us that the only window manufacturer he used could NOT make a window with the coating we desired. He refused to even call and ask them, so we did, finding they were more than happy to meet our request, at no additional cost. We were relieved to have someone else do the install. BEWARE.

Dave told me that he carries only Anlin but their double pane windows with a sound package and it's so good as triple pane windows. The quote I got was very detailed and included window specifications. It was very handy for a geek like me who wanted to verify and confirm all the details. In my recearch I found that Anlin sound package windows reduced noise by 29 decibles, comparing to 30 decibels for triple pane Pella, which confirmed Dave's statement. I had some limited availabilities due to my schedule and Dave was good at meeting me half way to find a working times for the installation. I met with Kurt for the initial estimate and he was great in pointing out the kind of work that needed to be done and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once I made the decision to go with 3 Generations, I started working with Jeremy who went the extra mile to meet me at my work to sign the paperwork and select the type of siding for the house. We signed the paperwork in the late Fall, which is a busy time for them but Jeremy was always up front with their estimated timing, which I really appreciated. Once the work started, the job was completed pretty quickly. Again, Jeremy and his crew were very communicative and kept me updated on the status of the work until it was done. They also fixed some plywood dry rot and installed new plywood as well as correcting some roof deck problems in addition to all of the siding replacement. I've included some pictures the old siding, which was cracked and loose as well some pictures of the new siding to show the improvement. Both great options but we decided to go with Hardy Siding which was a bit more expensive but not by much. Their crew was great. David was the lead installer on the job, he was very professional and accommodating to any questions we may have had. If he saw something that he wasn't sure about i.e. wires all over the place, he asked me first before doing anything. When the house was finished it looked like a new house, it turned out great.
