Me, the woman in charge, & her coworker were the only ones in the building. Verrrry quiet & all attention was directed to me. Paperwork took most of the time and it was explained very thoroughly before signing. Seeing as this was just my initial appointment, they only did a blood collection of 6-7 vials to test for diseases before I am permitted to donate white blood cells once cleared. The blood collection was taken in a very cushy chair where you're almost laying down. Afterwards, they gave me water and a snack and made sure I was ok. In the end, I was given $25 for the initial appointment. When you do an actual white blood cell donation (which I was told can take up to 3-4 hours!) the payout is a lot more. They also told me they have things like iPads with Netflix, magazines, etc to help keep you occupied during that time. They also gave me a free shirt! They told me that they had been up and running for 2 years but just started accepting clients within the last year. Anywho, the employee whom worked with me was super down to earth and great to talk to & answered all my questions. I'm currently waiting to hear back regarding white blood cell studies now so that I can start donating :) seems like a wonderful facility doing great work!

Right now the pay is still helpful for someone trying to make extra money. I go twice a week , first time is $40 second is $90 so $130 a week basically. The lines can get long depending on what time you go it can take up to two 1/2 hours so keep that in mind. I bruise easily and have gotten my vein busted twice but only by a different person. I asked if they had a translator available, even over the phone, and they said no. I then asked if we could use Google Translate to help communicate, and again I was told no. So does that mean my mother must speak English in order to donate blood? It was very disappointing to see someone willing to help others by donating blood turned away because of a language barrier. I hope this policy can be improved so non-English speakers have a fair opportunity to donate as well.

What I found was that it is $500 over there course of five donations. So you only get $100 per donation up to $500. That was a little disappointing to find out their fee was substantially less. The staff was incredibly nice and just thankful that you were there to donate. I didn't realize how important it really was to donate plasma. It's a cure for those who really need it. There are people that come in here every week for the sake of Money. Not being judgmental, times are tough...that's the reason I'm here. The staff is hospitable. A special shout out to Deven/MSA for her patience getting me logged in as well as the receptionist Eliza.

Things run a bit slow but the staff up front and the phlebotomist in back are very nice. The medical screening nurse was great too. I appreciate she took a short lunch to return for me on my first visit. I barely felt the finger prick or when the needle went into my arm. I will say depending on who your caregiver is makes a difference in the ER here…read more I did not care for the professionalism of my sonographer (ultrasound tech). Rude comments like "wait til I leave them room because I don't want to see all of that". However, P.A. Sandy has the most incredible bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. The ER is always crowded but they really do try their best to make sure you're somewhat comfortable, offering warm blankets and checking in on you and even popping in to give feedback on wait times and labs.

I had a very disappointing experience in the ER. Unfortunately, several of the male nurses were…read morerude and made me feel like I was a burden instead of someone who needed care. My ultrasound-guided IV infiltrated, causing unnecessary pain and frustration. Rather than acknowledging what had happened or showing empathy, I felt dismissed throughout my visit. After the IV failed, another senior nurse repeatedly pressured me to undergo another ultrasound-guided IV placement. I respectfully declined, but I was asked again and again despite my answer. By the fourth time I said no, the nurse responded with noticeable attitude before leaving the room. As a patient, I felt that my decision was not being respected and I was being marginalized. I understand that emergency departments are busy and stressful, but kindness, professionalism, and respect for a patient's choices should never be optional. Patients come to the ER feeling scared, vulnerable, and in need of compassionate care. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication, patient care, and respect for patient autonomy so others receive the compassion and dignity every patient deserves.

Wow! Once RWG received a phone call from Walgreens they called me like a swat team to be sure I…read moregot my meds filled! Let me complete my story... The main Dr (Sherry Neyman) moved to a new business, mostly non-insured procedures & treatments. I've just run out of my 90 day refill... Walgreens keeps sending text that they are faxing Dr for refill... I happened to be in same building this morning and the RWG lobby Neyman occupied is was empty other than a 5 gallon paint bucket... left a notice taped to the door no patient care starting 11/17/25, see pic.

(Not true) PA states same group only wants progesterone oral vs combination patch (not true as I spoke to nurse). KNOW your medicine - progesterone oral CAN affect you causing tiredness. POrtal doctor and am told they don't like RXing HRT therapy to people over 65! Clearly, not concerned about bones etc. Smh

I made the…read moremistake of going to the Saint Davids location a couple miles from here and driving endlessly in circles looking for a parking spot till I couldn't take it anymore. I showed up here without an appointment and I was in and out of here in less than eight minutes. This is my go to testing spot from now on.
