Me, the woman in charge, & her coworker were the only ones in the building. Verrrry quiet & all attention was directed to me. Paperwork took most of the time and it was explained very thoroughly before signing. Seeing as this was just my initial appointment, they only did a blood collection of 6-7 vials to test for diseases before I am permitted to donate white blood cells once cleared. The blood collection was taken in a very cushy chair where you're almost laying down. Afterwards, they gave me water and a snack and made sure I was ok. In the end, I was given $25 for the initial appointment. When you do an actual white blood cell donation (which I was told can take up to 3-4 hours!) the payout is a lot more. They also told me they have things like iPads with Netflix, magazines, etc to help keep you occupied during that time. They also gave me a free shirt! They told me that they had been up and running for 2 years but just started accepting clients within the last year. Anywho, the employee whom worked with me was super down to earth and great to talk to & answered all my questions. I'm currently waiting to hear back regarding white blood cell studies now so that I can start donating :) seems like a wonderful facility doing great work!

Things run a bit slow but the staff up front and the phlebotomist in back are very nice. The medical screening nurse was great too. I appreciate she took a short lunch to return for me on my first visit. I barely felt the finger prick or when the needle went into my arm. I do wish they had squeezy stress balls to squeeze to make the blood come out a little faster. I'll need to bring something next time. I'll give another star on my next visit if things go faster

Phlebotomists are great: I've had Jennifer and Dawn, and both were friendly, professional, and got 3+ vials without pain. Front desk staff are hit or miss -- I've gotten some curt responses, especially over the phone, but mostly friendly ones. It's not a huge deal, but I have a similar job and have always made an effort to be pleasant even when I'm losing my mind under stress. The clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and I'm glad to see they are following social distancing techniques for the waiting room (blocking off chairs, no more checking in via communal touchscreen). I was surprised they didn't separate out used pens but otherwise I didn't feel like my safety was endangered by my visit. One note about this clinic: when my labs are faxed in physically, they don't ever seem to get to the clinic. I don't know if this is an incoming or outgoing fax issue, but my recommendation is to always call ahead and double-check to see if your labs are there before you leave the house.

And somehow... every single year... they magically bill me for something that should've been covered. At first I thought it was just one of those annoying insurance mix-ups. But after spending at least an HOUR every year playing mediator between the doctor, insurance company, and lab, it's starting to feel less like "oops" and more like a seasonal tradition. Usually they eventually fix it after I call enough times. Other times I've honestly just paid it because I value my sanity. This there were two tests I knew insurance wouldn't cover, paid for them upfront with my credit card, had the doctor separate them on a different form, AND asked for a receipt. The receipt only had the amount paid -- no description. Which already felt a little "interesting." Convenient that for some reason they have no way of putting a description what I paid for on this but every time they send me a bill it has a very accurate description of what they are billing me for. It's sad that it comes to me having to cord this interaction to protect myself. So I asked on video: "So these definitely will not be billed to insurance since I'm paying here?" Receptionist: "Yes." Fast forward to this week: guess who just got billed $36 for those exact same tests. At this point I'm not even mad about the money. It's the principle. Because I know a lot of people probably just sigh dramatically, pay the $30, and move on. But no. Not this year. This year I will be returning like a low-budget legal drama with my receipt, my credit card statement, AND my little video clip. Honestly the phlebotomists are sweet, but the front office acts like kindness costs extra. They are shockingly rude! So if this place keeps overbilling you too: fight it. Even if it's annoying. Or save yourself the headache and find a friendlier lab who doesn't routinely try to keep an extra 15- 30 from every visit.

Too often with OBGYN visits, you feel rushed--like you're just being moved in and out--but that was absolutely not the case here. Macie was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. You could genuinely tell how much she cared, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and that I felt heard. Dr. Seeker came in very prepared, was extremely kind and understanding of my history, and made me feel like he truly knew me--even though he hasn't been my OB in the past. That level of care meant so much to me. I left the appointment feeling reassured, supported, and confident, and I'm so grateful that Dr. Seeker will be my doctor moving forward. Such a wonderful, compassionate team.

I am so happy to have her as my doctor and make the drive from the Dripping Springs area to see her. It is worth it. She has always been kind, transparent, takes the time to answer all questions/concerns which makes me feel very reassured. I am looking forward to having her and her team help deliver our little one in early '26! Additional notes: The nurses are quick to respond to questions on the patient portal, and I have had easy scheduling experiences. Everyone at the office is nice! I have not had any major issues with wait times; morning appointments are a breeze. There was one instance when we waited for about 40mins past our appointment time (our appointment was towards end of day), but again, most of the time we are not waiting long. I love this practice and will be a patient for years to come!

No. It takes multiple bus rides scheduled in advance to get to this appointment. In response to further inquiries, the nurse responded. "Well, I'm sorry things come up." This doctor on duty, clearly has priorities out of whack. It's time to reevaluate that moral compass Doc! You are seeing patients whose most valuable commodity is time and are wasting it quit frivolously.

It's lucky that I came to her before they got any worse without treatment. An orthopedic surgeon recommended that I see her regarding osteoporosis. After her testing, it's obvious that simply taking more calcium, or taking Fosamax, was not to going to improve my bone density. I'm pretty confident that Dr. Scumpia has put me on an effective medication. I've found her staff to be courteous, warm, and informative. My appointments have been punctual. The office runs very smoothly. It looks like staff turnover is low too, which is a good sign. You do have to use her portal rather than call on the phone, but that works fine.
