A few bucks for it wouldn't hurt. The car was located in Waxhaw and out of the 3-4 other junk car buyers, neither would pick up in Waxhaw. I called Pro Tow and Neil gave me a quote but let me know that its possibly someone closer who would give me more. I called the people he referred and was told I would have to wait until next month. Needed the car moved from my mother in laws home I called Neil back and informed him of what I had been told. He set up a date for pickup on Tuesday(the next day). Well in the process of a kitchen renovation I LOST the car keys. I called Neil back Tuesday to reschedule for Weds, giving myself more time to find the keys. After 24 hours of looking, I called Neil back to cancel. He said he would be at my mother in law home at 430 as scheduled and not to worry about the keys. **Thank You God!** Neil was there at 4:19(before I arrived), had already introduced himself to my mom and was in the process of loading the car. He was able to use his lock out kit so I could get some items out of the car. We had problems with loading the car bc of the steering wheel being locked and the wheels turned in one direction slightly. Throughout the hour ordeal, Neil remained patient and ensured me that he would be able to get it today. He had great conversations, told old stories which were pretty cool, and taught me a few things about loading and pulling a car with no keys. He gave me a fair price for the vehicle even without the keys which I was ready to say just take it. I would definitely recommend Pro Tow to anyone. And to add, he quoted more than anyone else and stuck by his quote.

We made an appointment to go in and sell the car after he gave us a quote. The car we were selling had some major issues so we were a little skeptical about getting the money for it. Appointment day came and we went in and met Cody. He walked us through the steps, checked IDs and title, explained the paperwork step and step and let us know he would have the check in about 20 minutes. The entire process took less then an hour and we walked out with check in hand. No photos as it is a car dealership and you don't really need much imagination to know what it looks like

As a matter of fact, a mechanic was seldom available and when he WAS there, he was so booked up or behind on work, that he didn't have the time to repair our 4 problems we had from day 1 ! After several face to face conversations with the Manager about these problems, he told me we could "take the car to any Certified Honda Mechanic or Honda Dealership and for a usual upfront fee of $400 they will repair your car and AutoNation will cover the costs of repairing your vehicle... The dealership closed it's doors BEFORE our warranty ran out but we haven't been able to get any resolve about repairs needed. After speaking with a corporate agent at their corporation, I was givdn a case number and was told i could go to another AutoNation store in Columbia, SC (244 mikes from our house) or to a local Honda dealer, which we did. They couldn't ever get in touch with the corporate office but repaired our car and then had to be paid. We are NOW trying to get reimbursement for the repairs thar were needed ever since we purchased the car! I am hoping AutoNation will stand by their promise to honor the warranty because they closed their dealership before the written warranty was up! That would be the Right thing to do! Don't you think? If this is resolved properly, I may change my review but as for now, I feel that I will NEVER tell anyone to go to AutoNation to buy a vehicle, nor will we go there again! And if you purchase an extended warranty, BE SURE IT'S FOR THE TERM YOU SPECIFY AND NOT FOR THE SAME TERM THEIR WARRANTY IS IN THE CONTRACT! OURS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR THE WHOLE TWO YEARS.
