We have a regular cleaning service that comes once a week for light cleaning. We decided to do a deep clean because we are having a guest so I checked the reviews on Yelp. Right again, Yelp! We Clean LA was immediately responsive to our inquiries, so we booked and they were extremely accommodating with regard to our time needs. The women showed up absolutely on time and worked hard for the three hours. When they were done, it was like we had moved into a new house. They scrubbed floors, cleaned walls, got windows, found dirt that had not been tended to, made our refrigerator look shiny and new. The rates were fair and the communication throughout was excellent. We will not wait so long for a deep clean next time. It made a difference -- I had taken some of the wear and tear for granted; this made me more aware of how happy I am to live in my house. There is still dust on surfaces, the didn't clean good under my tv table, the microwave was untouched along with the dishes. Didn't bother to empty the trash in the bath room. My parents passed away recently and it was time to list thier house for sale. We got the house basically staged, but it needed that "deep cleaning" that only the professionals can do. I saw this company on YELP and sent an inquiry. They responded quickly and we inked an appointment. On cleaning day, the crew arrived and did a "divide and conquer" approach. The house was 6000 square feet and needed top to bottom dusting and cleaning. They went room by room and worked from upstairs to the kitchen and methodically left everything spic and span. The towels were folded like a hotel and they saved me time from having to stage the bathrooms. If there was a question, they asked and offered. I was even trying to help them and they offered to do what I was doing so I could go do other things. I will not only give them the 5 star rating they deserve, but I am going to hire them for my own house. They were great. read more

In summary: I was an unsatisfied customer, but We Clean LA made it right. I hired We Clean LA to clean my apartment before moving out. Initially, I was disappointed when the job was sub-par -- streaks on the glass, some surfaces still had dust on them. The girls who cleaned said they had run out of glass cleaner, so I gave them mine and asked if they could finish the job. They went over the surfaces again, but there were still streaks. I contacted their customer service, provided details of my experience (as well as photos), and they immediately handled it to my satisfaction. They were very polite and gracious about it. I get the sense that We Clean LA really cares about customer satisfaction, which I really appreciate. My only other concern/criticism is that the cleaning team did not wear masks, but were handling a lot of chemicals. This seems like something the company should provide for the safety of their employees. read more

I would have to say I tried many different cleaning service, but this place was so far the best!! I use them for our doctors office and for home. I can not tell you how spotless the office and my house is. The cleaning staff is very professional and very sweet! They get the work perfectly. When I call to schedule the girls are so sweet and they are always able to Get someone in last minute calls!! I love walking to the office every Monday with the fresh clean smell and spotless look. The worst cleaning service I've ever had. It took them 5 hrs (2 people) to clean our 3bed/3bath house. So at $65/hr we paid a whopping $325 for a residential house cleaning!! They put nothing back in its original place. They didnt make the bed. Put items that were on the ground on the bed. I had to point out dirty areas that they looked surprised when I mentioned them (there was also a language barrier). My previous cleaning crew usually took 2 1/2 hrs and cost $50/hr. I could go on but its not worth it. I just paid them so they could finally leave. read more

Where do I start, they were so accommodating when it came to setting up an appointment for them to clean my medical office, it also really helped that they came in on a Sunday to do the job. They were so professional and thorough, I had never seen the office so clean. GREAT job. We have a 3 bed/2 bath home with a cat and needed a decent deep clean. They covered everything we asked for with great detail, and walking in afterwards was a literal breath of fresh air. Very professional, courteous and timely. They work quickly but thoroughly, so your time and money isn't wasted. What's more, their prices are awesome. We were first-timers, and it was $100 for two hours (even though they took a little longer) with two cleaners. I think their normal rates are $60/hour, so still a fantastic deal for the quality. Called just yesterday, and We Clean LA had a great pair of cleaners at our house this afternoon! We live in an old redwood house that gathers dust and spiderwebs instantaneously. With a friendly attitude, punctual arrival, and very thorough detail oriented cleaning skills, they have won me over. On top of that, their prices are really cheap! I used to pay $300 for a 1000 sqft apartment, and our 2000 sqft house came out to a little over $100! Really amazing job, and I now have a deep-cleaned house. Simple as that! read more

I wrote asking for a quote on Wed, they responded on Thurs, and even had an available team to send out that same afternoon. I requested a deep cleaning and the only thing I would have done differently is to have waited to have them come when they had availability in the morning, but that's on me, not them. Not only is lighting better, but workers are going to be far less exhausted than in this case, the end of the day. This is not to say they didn't do a good job, in fact just the opposite, they did an excellent job! The next morning though, I just saw little things here and there, that had there been better lighting, or in our case daylight AND not after they had already worked an entire day, I know those little things could have been avoided. Again, they were minuscule things around the house, and I don't fault the workers whatsoever. They were both super, just maybe a tad on the tired side. Mind you, this was a 3.5 hour job that didn't begin until 4pm and lasted all the way through 7:30pm. All that in mind, I would absolutely use We Clean LA again and even request the same two workers (Lupe & Jorge). I highly recommend!!! read more
