Used them for the first time two weeks ago for a kitchen and 1 1/2 bath "deep clean" - and was very happy overall. There was an issue - but they solved it quickly. The first team didn't do a great job. Didn't move items on my kitchen counter - like the toaster - and clean behind it. Thought it was odd for a "deep clean" and sent a note with some pictures. The person who responded, Annie I think, was fantastic and sent another team out the next morning free of change and they were GREAT. Disappointed - they have good reviews but My personal experience is much less - the two people they sent were inexperience and sorry to say - kinda lazy - the company said there is 2 hours minimum - these two people they sent came wipe the floor and the kitchen and bathroom counter surfaces - after about an hour they said they are almost finished. I went around and check - the inside of the fridge was not cleaned - the surface of the bed side table was not cleaned they simply swept and moped the floor around all the furniture - Never moved them away and cleaned properly. when i tell them to go around and clean some more - they continue sweeping the floor that was already swept. After they left I found out that the bath was not cleaned and neither was the inside of microwave. Obviously, this company dont have a very good idea of what PROFESSIONAL CLEANING MEANS... read more

I'm so extremely picky when it comes to my house, like really really picky! I haven't had cleaners come to my home in years so I was really hesitant about calling someone. I did my research and got some referrals and I ended up choosing We Clean LA. The lady who answered the phone, Ellen was so sweet. She helped me and walked me through the entire process and explained how everything worked. I like the she called and also followed up with the after the service too. Had to have them come back a second time because they weren't so through the first time. Also, they cleaned the hardwood floors with water, not cleaning solution or polish. Lastly, stainless steel appliances was cleaned with improper cleaner - streaks everywhere!!! They were pleasant, but I won't use them again. I expected more from their reviews. read more

Just had my 1st experience with Ellen & We Clean and was very, very pleased. Easy and quick to schedule the appointment a day or so in advance. Celia and America arrived right on time and couldn't have been nicer. Super nice and pleasant to deal with. They were very thorough and diligent about dusting all the (expensive and/or sentimental) nic-nacs etc on the shelves and did a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. I found their pricing very reasonable - particularly since I was on a 'budget'. I had hoped to keep it to the 2-hr minimum but they were here for 3. Not their fault but do be realistic when assessing your space / number of rooms, etc to be cleaned. Ellen was a great communicator and very prompt to reach by phone as well as text. They come and basically lick my house clean for such a reasonable price!!!! They're such life savers. I've worked with companies that are so not accommodating and don't have the most reliable staff but I love most of the staff at we clean la! If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the most unbelievably bad service. I had new hardwood floors installed and needed them cleaned. I specifically asked for this service. I was told it was $55 an hour and a 2 hour minimum. There were 2 cleaners and they spent 8 minutes in my house! 8 minutes! I called and I was told my space was smaller than expected (the space where the floors were to be cleaned is 600 square feet). I was also told that the carpet and furniture is dusty and the floors will get dirty again. I then asked for those to be cleaned and I was told the cleaner already left. I asked him to come back (he had left 5 minutes prior) and he refused. My floors are still dirty - obviously since they spent 8 minutes cleaning them. They also left my living room a mess- they didn't even put back what they moved and took apart. Unbelievable. Do not use this horrible company. read more

We've tried several cleaning services, some of which were well reviewed on this site. The ones we tried before We Clean LA have various issues such as not arriving when promised. In general, all those we've tried did a fine basic cleaning job but never great. For instance, the last one we tried, had one member of the team talking with me much more than cleaning, then, when she did clean, she did not put much effort into the job apart from when she barked instructions to her very hard working colleague who spoke no English. In contrast, We Clean LA showed up within the promised time window, had two hard working cleaners Lupe and Arturo who went above and beyond to clean part of our new home that had been left dirty. Lupe in particular is a cleaning star - we'll be having her back regularly. read more

I hired We Clean LA two weeks ago for a deep clean of our 2,000 square foot house to start off the New Year on the right foot. Our house was already tidy, I needed the windows, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and the like cleaned. The team (mother and son) came at the appointed time, walked through the house and our requests, and started straightaway. They were very nice to our puppy (who mostly stayed out of the way) and completed the job in about 4 hours. They did a very thorough job. I was very pleased. There were a couple of scheduling snafus, but once they got ironed out, the work was great - and fast!

First time was great. Everything was cleaned well and professionally. Second time...when I came home hours after they'd left, all the lights were on, the oven was on and the screen door left wide open (after specifically asking them to close and lock it).
