I called at week two, and she told me it would be ready the following Monday. The following Monday, I arrived, only to find the building locked with the lights off (even though it was during business hours). I called and she told me she wasn't there (obviously) but that she could have it done later that evening. I was preparing to leave town, so I told her I'd just come pick it up when I returned the following week, which brings us to today, three weeks and three days later. I arrived and again was told that she has not touched my items and to come back tomorrow. At that point, I just asked for my items back, since this was my second time driving up there. Extremely unprofessional. She's very disorganized and all over the place, which shows in the upkeep of the place she works out of. It looks like something out of a Hoarders episode. There is crap EVERYWHERE. Bring your clothes here at your own risk. Reasonable prices, if you don't mind waiting indefinitely and wasting your time.

BEWARE: Owner refuses to fix bad alteration…read more My daughter and I brought in a dress for the owner to alter. The length was too long. We tried it on and the owner suggested to shorten it at the neckline area. Three weeks later, we picked up the dress. My daughter tried it on and the neckline didn't fit right and the arm holes were too high, making it tight against the underarm. My daughter and I went back to the shop to see if the dress can be fixed again. We tried to show what was wrong with the neckline and the seamstress refused to listen. She was rude and started yelling saying she didn't mess up the dress. She didn't even want to see my daughter try on the dress to show her what the problem was. We were shaken up by her anger and aggressiveness. We felt intimidated from asking her to fix the dress. She said she would not fix the dress for us as we tried to explain to her how the dress can be fixed. We were willing to pay to have the dress fixed again, but she refused to listen and started arguing and yelling to the point of causing distress for my daughter and me.
