My screen was shattered into hundreds or pieces and I honestly think it was under 10 minutes for him to finish the replacement.... so convenient and easy! I want to start this review off by clarifying that I am the type of person that HATES complaining about service. I've received bad service in the past, but this business was FAR worse than anything I've previously received, hence my writing of this review. I took my iPhone 6 in to Thomas to repair a cracked screen. I came back 15 minutes later to a fixed and working iPhone. Later that day, I noticed that the fingerprint sensor would not work at all. I tried to go into my settings to reset my fingerprint and the sensor simply didn't pick up anything. I called Thomas back in order to see what needed to be done in order to solve the problem, and he suggested that I restore the phone. Because I was not at my computer to utilize iTunes, I started by simply restarting the phone, hoping that this quick fix may solve the problem. After powering the phone down and attempting to turn it back on, the phone was stuck on the screen displaying the Apple logo. I called Thomas again from a different phone, and he stated once again that I'd need to restore, and that it would likely solve the problem. Additionally he made sure to assert that this was an issue with the software, and had nothing to do with the screen "repair", even though the timing was nothing short of uncanny- I had zero issues with the phone before this aside from a cracked screen. After spending over five hours that night attempting to reset the phone, using every method I could find online as well as contacting Apple support, it was to no avail- the phone would not power on. I decided to cut my losses and planned a visit to the Apple store the following day. After working with the phone, they told me that the phone was too far gone, and that I'd be better off going to my carrier and getting a brand new phone. They also mentioned that my problem was common when getting new hardware (such as screens) on the phone was CHEAP and LOW-STANDARD. I ended up getting a new phone from my carrier, but reached out to Thomas the following day letting him know what happened and requesting a refund. Upon me asking this he continued to deny any involvement and would not agree to my refund request. I completely understand that he was not obligated to do so, but he was completely rude in the way he went about explaining things and had such a defensive tone. Also, he put me on hold for several minutes during the phone call until I hung up. He did not try to regain contact, he simply didn't care. Overall Thomas is a awful business man with terrible customer service skills. He simply doesn't care about your problems, and takes no responsibility for his actions. He'll put the blame on everyone else before he accepts any sort of fault. Please take your business elsewhere, as it is simply not worth the risk of your phone being destroyed and receiving no help by this a-hole. Disappointed. I was hopeful that this would be a good experience because I believe in the small business. The meeting was a bit unorthodox as he meets you in front of his apartment, disappears for a while, a returns with the repaired unit. My phone had a cracked screen and needed a possible battery replaced. After about thirty minutes in the car, he returned with both issues reportedly fixed. The screen of the Ipod was indeed replaced, but the replacement battery oddly had the same charge as when I dropped it off. When I asked about it he stated that he thought that was odd too. Well the battery drained faster than ever so I called Tom to confirm this is a new battery. he assured me it was but suggested that we change out the battery again. I again went to the drop off place (I don't know what else to call it) and waited while he replaced the battery. When he returned this battery only had a 3%. I again inquired as to if this was a new battery, and again was assured it was. I went home a fully charged the battery and this one drained even faster. At this point I sent Tom an email detailing my issue. The email was never returned. I called him the next day directly and he said he would call back in 5 minutes, which he never did. Finally a few days later I called and got him. I explained that the battery is worse and I wanted to revert back to my old battery. Tom said it was probably an issue with my IPhone. I could not see paying money for a battery that could not hold a charge, so I asked him if we could swap my old battery and refund me the cost of the new battery. Tom then stated that his policy is there are no refunds for the work he did as he completed the work regardless of the outcome. I am certain than some have had a good experience as he is a polite young man. I think he will do better to realize the value of service after the sale. I had my screen fixed by Tom, he wouldn't stand by his work. Here's an email he sent to me, after refusing to talk to me on the phone the problem I had with his work. Good afternoon sir, It seems as if your digitizer is starting to go, as it is a wear and tear part. Unfortunately since this issue wasn't prevalent when we put on the screen. We go over each phone with our customer before payment is made. And it seems a decent amount of time elapsed since the repair. We cannot warranty the issue. It was most likely caused from some kind of trauma to the phone. The glass doesn't always break. The digitizer controls the touch and is as much sensitive to drops and dings as the glass is. Not to pleased with my experience with We Fix Iphones. I went to have my 4s screen repaired which was pretty messed up. I met up with them at 1PM. He checked out the phone for a good 20 min. Came back outside told me he had to get to class and needed to do some more work on it. He had given me the option to pay now or I can pay later when he gets out of class. At this point Im thinking "cool I will pay later when my phone is fixed" When I come back at 4pm to pick up my phone he tells me it isnt fixable and that there was a $30 dollar charge for trying to fix it. Not to mention there isnt anything on there site about a $30 service charge. I do got 3 3gs that could use some fixing up. read more

About a month ago, I had dropped my phone, and it cracked one single line, and that was it. Well, I dropped it again about a week ago, and the crack spread ALL over the phone, and it was so bad that I had to get a screen protector so I wouldn't get anymore glass in my fingers. I found this business via Google. I called Tom, spoke with him, and I was very excited that I would only be paying $90 to replace my iPhone 5s..not to mention, he was able to work with my schedule! The day came to meet him, and I ended up being about 20 minutes late for the appointment, but he was okay with it to my surprise. My husband and I met him in what I assume is his apartment complex, which I did not like at all, but we had already made the drive out to Kennesaw, so I gave it a chance. He buzzed us in, told us to park across from wherever he went to, and took our phone. HE did not lie, it only took about 10 minutes to fix it! Awesome.... Now, there are a couple of reasons why I gave him a 3....He did do a phenomenal job fixing my screen, however the back camera would not work, the flashlight would not work, and the front camera had smudges on it, which made the pictures blurry. This is where I got frustrated....My husband called him, and he said we would have to meet him tomorrow to fix it...great, another drive to Kennesaw, I thought. (He had already left for the day even though his hours are 7 days a week, 9-11) I was very displeased because hello, I didn't make the mistake, and I don't want to spend the time nor gas to drive out there AGAIN. He also told my husband that in three years, this had never happened to him; however, he did talk us through possible options to try to fix it ourselves, like a system restore. We called the next day when we were told, and no answer. We played phone tag a lot, but finally, he was able to schedule something today. He fixed everything, so I'm totally okay...just the scheduling was a little rough. He was very polite, and I would recommend him. My only other concern is that I read lots of reviews that said he used after market parts, so their screens were flimsy/non-reliable...we will see. I can only pray for the best. USES CHEAP REPLACEMENT PARTS, screen is a darker tone after his repair!!! SCREEN MALFUNCTION AFTER REPAIR, 3D Touch ability screwy and overall screen sensitivity is off. (Don't be surprised if there are typos in review) Nott very professional. To start he came out of his apartment shirtless. The screen he put on my phone has spots where the screen is touching something behind it and causing discoloration. The screen is also not set in the bezel correctly, it is poking out about a mm from the entire bottom side. What's strange is when I called him about the discoloration he knew exactly what I was talking about! The glass he put on my screen doesn't have the same color as the phone from the store. It has a sepia tone to it really noticeable when compared to my iPad. He said it was part of the gamble when getting your phone repaired, not sure how true that is since I've never had that problem with older phones if had repaired by brand cell phone repair companies. He offered to fix the unsettled screen however he saw that I answered a survey from square honestly, called me up and just said that he wasn't willing to fix his mistakes.... sure the repair was cheap, but I think I'll spend a little bit more to get glass that doesn't have a weird tint to it and have it done by someone who will back their work, regardless of any comments on a review read more

I contacted 6 businesses, and may have been satisfied, but can attest to the extraordinary convenience of his model of $10 to come to you to do the fix, and to do it so quickly and efficiently. $80 covered the screen (cracked iPhone 7), new tempered glass protector, and service fee for Tom to come to my home and crush the repair. Contacted him, phone fixed, customer happy, all within a couple hours. And he indeed stands by his repairs - I was yapping while he worked, curious to understand his business and some of his insight into the Marine Corps, and noticed after he'd left that there was a barely visible gap between bottom right of screen and the phone body. I called him, he answered, and 2 mins later he was back at my door apologizing for not checking with more scrutiny post repair. 5 minutes later I checked the phone again and it was fixed. He took my phone inside for just under 15 minutes and brought it back with a new screen. I paid with a credit card using his Square. All very easy and -- it was a better price than I had found at other places in the area. I felt safe in the parking lot of his gated community. When I received my device back, there were more problems with it than before. For example, both the home button as well as the lock button did not work. When I informed We Fix IPhones of these problems, they told me that those things weren't working when I brought it in (which was not true). I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas' services - I had to have my LCD screen replaced, my charging port replaced and he only charged $110 (including a screen protector). I waited about 20 min and the phone works just like brand new. Excellent, excellent service. I went to the AT&T store before and paid $263 to downgrade to an Iphone 4 for a replacement. So my iPhone home button was messing up and I wanted someone local to fix it fast. I contacted the phone number listed on this site and the actual website to get a time to meet up, as well as a price. I read all of the reviews on yelp and everyone seemed overly happy with the service they received. I however received the exact opposite. I was told the incorrect price at first because a message was misread. I was then told $40 for a home button repair. I asked to negotiate the price and he lowered it to $35. I then looked further into the website and found that there is a "services" tab, so I clicked on that and it says that an iPhone 5 home button repair is only $29. So basically I was told a higher price two times before I found the price listed for cheaper on the "company" website and sent him a picture with the price listed online. When I asked to meet at the Starbucks off Chastain Road in Kennesaw, I was told that there is a "Mobile Service Charge" of $20. I asked where they were located so I could go directly there and avoid the extra $20 charge and I was told "the corner of Chastain and George Busbee Parkway". Funny enough. The Starbucks is on that exact intersection just across the street. He wanted me to meet him at an apartment complex and he was going to charge me $20 to meet me across the street at a more public location. He said that the "service charge" is for loading up tools and parts to meet at the location. I said, "You know it's just across the street, right?" The tools and parts are smaller than an iPhone itself. It doesn't take enough time to "pack" that up that would make paying $20 worth it. at all. I think that is just ridiculous. So, I looked at the website again and found that they sell "DIY Kits". I thought...Perfect! I can just buy a kit from him and do it myself. No hassle. WRONG. He was still going to charge me the $20 service charge to meet at the Starbucks. I am thinking to myself... you don't have to pack up any tools this time because I am buying the kit... why is there a service charge if that is what you are saying the charge is for? Anyway, long review, even longer... I tell him that I think that this is crazy and his customer service needs some work. You don't advertise prices online and try to charge people more, then charge them a $20 fee to meet across the street to be safer in a more public location. (by the way, who in their right mind would meet someone they don't know at a random apartment building? Sketchy much? Do you even watch the news now-a-days?) On top of all that, when I tell him that I will just take my business elsewhere, he tells me that "it's not the money"...He had appointments booked that he needed to get to and didn't have the time to meet me today, but would meet me tomorrow with a free mobile service. I'm like wait? This whole time you are telling me "hands down, no exceptions" to a $20 mobile service fee, but then you say you are just busy but will do it with no service fee tomorrow? This all just seemed to sketchy and ridiculous by this time, so I said thanks, but no thanks and I am now ordering the parts from amazon and doing it myself when the parts come in on Monday. My whole lunch hour was wasted going back and forth with this guy and in the end not getting my phone fixed. Back in Dec I dropped my iphone 5 and the screen cracked despite having a screen protector and a case on it. I guess it hit something at the right spot right in the middle of the screen when it dropped getting out of my car. A day later while working on the same car my Ipad slipped off the car as I was working on something under the hood. I found Tom and We fix iphones through square trade. He was the closest repair shop and he had the best reviews so I called him up and set up a time. I dropped off both devices after work and picked them up about 3 hrs later. Both devices were like new and they both worked great. He even sent me two separate invoices so that I could make a claim through squaretrade for one of the devices. The ipad had a dent in the corner from where it hit the concrete and Tom was able to pop that back out before installing the new glass screen. Prices were good and service was quick. My experience was awful! I gave him $80 and my iphone 4 worked for about an hour after his "repair"! His hours are listed as 9 to 9 but he's a college student that works around his school schedue. I was in desperate need of a phone so I went with the first ad I seen and he seemed legit. I paid the extra 10 dollar travel fee because I have a young child. He came later and replaced my shattered glass with a deffective screen that worked long enough for my apple sign to come on and send a few txt msgs. When I texted him from my tablet the next morning like he told me to for any issues he did not reply to my msg! I had to have ppl call him for me and ask him when he could look at it and I had to wait all day for him to get out class! When I finally got in touch I was told to drive to his apt which was about 40 minutes away during rush hour traffic. His hours are 9 to 9 but I was told to be there by 8 because he had something to do. I drove though rush hour traffic with a 15 month old for him to tell me that my phone was beyond repair and that I could not receive any of my money back because I cut on for a short period after he "fixed it"! I stopped at real phone shop and ironically my phone came right on with the use of a new screen like I thought I had purchased from Tom! He told me the screen wasn't new and was the only thing that I needed besides the screw that Tom didn't put back in! I paid the extra 40 bucks for someone else to fix it the right way and then I conveniently sold it to him to make back what Tom took from me! I decided to just use my upgrade and her the 5s instead of paying someone to rip me off!
