So my refrigerator kicked the bucket on me and almost all of my food went bad. I had a repair man come to look at it, not only because I didn't want to buy a new one but also because getting the first one in was nearly impossible. I have stairs on either entrance, ridiculous turns getting in the doors and an obstacle course every step of the way. Of course it couldn't be repaired. So back to these 2 lifesavers....i called them to see if they could pick the new one up at home depot and take the old one out. I explained that they will probably hate me afterwards because it is not going to be easy or fun. So after I sent him the pictures of the obstacle course he would need to defeat, he immediately said its no problem. Fast forward a few days...he picks up the fridge and comes over with his partner. They were both so respectful and fun. Not scared of dogs, amazing with the kids and made everyone feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. After a few tweaks. Taking the door off the hinges, doors off the new fridge, taking things off the wall and moving some stuff they were ready to go. They made it look easy and put everything back in place before leaving. They did say it was about as fun as I said it would be lol The only bad thing I have to say is about myself...i had not 1 cold water to give them! I decided last week to move out of manhattan (the city is completely out of control) and into upper Westchester. I was very worried abt having other people touch my stuff. They came 15 minutes early, dressed well, and had everything ready. First the owner (Fredrick) measured my furniture & took something like an inventory of my stuff. I was surprised at the attention to detail. They wrapped my priceless piece of vintage furniture, which I appreciated, before loading it. (I would have freaked otherwise) They knew what they were doing, they even separated my couch from the recliner & base (I had no clue it could do that). I thought that couch would take 2 hours to get out the door. They literally walked out with it in 4 seconds. Long story short I'm finally in my new Home. They assisted me with everything. They even installed my air conditioner unit which I wasn't expecting. Awesome professionalism. Hopefully I'll never need them again since I moved into my permanent home. In light of the pandemic, life has been chaotic and unknown. With the loss of a job and an unexpected relocation up-county from the city, we haven't had a moment of stability to breathe. Moving is always awful, and I expected nothing less since it is 2020, after all. However, to my surprise the workers were on time. Delicate with boxes that should be. Polite, focused, and although I couldn't see their faces due to their masks, I can only assume a smile from the congenial responses I received. What is generally a stressful experience was simply the highlight of my summer. Fantastic moving service! Freddy the owner, helped me move from my former Manhattan apartment to Astoria, Queens and was professional and wonderful to work with. When moving my things into my new apartment he assisted me with ensuring each piece of furniture and box were placed in the correct room to make a much easier unpack for me. He was extremely delicate with my more fragile items whether it be my tv or my coffee table (which is quite delicate). The efficiency is what impressed me the most. Fred had my entire apartment packed, moved, and unloaded within one morning and one afternoon timeframe. I think we ended around three pm? We Haul Movers are Amazing. I was moving from a Co-op to a House. The Night before the move the Elevator Broke in my Building. I live on the 2nd Floor but to get out of the building with the Furniture you had to actually go down 3 Flights of Stairs. I called the movers the night before in a panic and they told me not to worry they could handle it. Which they did. They had a tough job with the Elevator being out and some Heavy Furniture to move. I didn't think it was possible to get all the Furniture our but they did. They did an unbelievable job with the circumstances and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to move. read more

I was switching apartments in my complex and I needed a hand moving. I am in a wheelchair so even packaging my belongings can be difficult. They were very understanding and even helped me package away some items before moving them.
