The arrived an hour before our party start time, they didn't need any help from us, they were able to set up the bounce house and we also rented the kids size chairs for the kids tables. They were beautiful white chivari kid size chairs. At the end of our party they picked everything up and it was one less thing to worry about. I liked that the bounce house came with a shoe bucket and socks for the kids to put on when in the bounce house, they loved them!
