This place is okay but compared to the Fairfield location, the Fairfield one is WAY better. This place is much more strict in terms of policy... they charge you per 1 hour or 2 hour max of play for $18-$20 + sock fee if needed. The Fairfield location is $18 for all day of play with in and out privileges. Every adult coming in with the child has to sign a waiver at this location. If you've already signed a waiver at another location you will on still have to sign another here. The location itself is pretty small compared to the Fairfield location, it's half the size. My son still enjoyed himself but will not return to this location. read more

Whenever it's time for my kids to get out the house first choice is jump bump from the ball pit to the ball drop to the house with the brick wall. My kids love it all the train. My son loves the bus. Great spot for my toddler when shopping at Concord! You sign a waiver for you and your kid, everyone must wear socks, and it's $18 for 1 hr and $20 for 2 hrs. There are a ton of things to entertain kids of all ages. I have an 18 month old and he loves the ball pits, car merry go round, and riding the little tykes car. Make sure to watch your kids especially if they are young as there are kids of all ages that may accidentally knock your toddler down. read more

Been wanting to check this out after I saw that it had opened this year. We saw they are opening a Pleasanton location so very excited about that. Was a bit worried given the mixed reviews but came on a weekday during a pupil free day. My daughter is 6 and still enjoyed the place. 2 hours is more than enough time given the size of the place which isn't huge but it's not terribly small. I liked it was well lit, plenty of places for parents to sit, and also lots of small children and parents are for the most part watching and interacting with kids. There isn't a separate section for older kids versus babies so If you have younger kids weekday is probably best! read more

I am writing to express my concern regarding one of the digital games available in the play area for children. Specifically, there is a game where children are asked to throw balls at a digital screen depicting thieves or bad guys stealing money, and the objective is to "kill" these characters. Given that your play place caters to children up to five years old, I feel this game's violent theme is inappropriate for such young children. At this age, children are still developing emotionally and cognitively, and exposure to violence--even in a digital context--can be distressing. I kindly suggest reconsidering this game or replacing it with something more appropriate for the age group. read more

I am not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this place. I took my daughter here for the first time today and spent a good two hours letter her go wild throughout the maze of excitement and things to do here. First, did everything online. Paid for the fee, signed the waivers and didn't waste any of my time doing this while at the venue. Zero issues when I got to the door, grab a sticker put it on my kid and walked in shoeless. She went nuts over the place. The swings, the countless amount of activities and things going on around her. On a super rainy day it was nice to see her have something to do that wasn't too expensive. We paid $20 for two hours. My only issue with the place is how can you have something like this for kids and zero bathrooms? That's strange to me. I get that the venue is inside a mall, but getting in and out of the main gate is annoying just to use the restroom. read more

I been here since the opening but the last few times seem like more and more "rules" and "signs" keep going up. Today I walked in was told so leave my coffee outside the gate. Water is acceptable but not coffee.... Ridiculous. I brought coffee in about 10 other times. If I would of known before I had paid I would of left. Alright. So I decided to take the kiddos here after lunch. This place is located INSIDE the mall. It's on the second floor near H&M. That was the first obstacle. Save yourself time. Sign the waiver and pay for the tickets online. It was pretty simple. WEAR SOCKS. Most indoor provide you socks with grips. Also, for adults wear socks or waste two bucks in their socks. Also... take your kids to the bathroom before going in. There is NO bathroom here. Well, at least none the staff will let you use. The kiddos had a great time. It's not THAT big compared to other indoor playgrounds but it got the job done. I rated it low because of the youngster working at the front. He was short and his attitude was annoying. He is probably a teenager and annoyed of the little kids screaming or the parents asking a bunch of questions. Room for improvement I guess. read more

We booked Jumpity Bumpity for my son's birthday in December, and although they don't offer parties/food anymore which I know other locations do, they were still able to accommodate me for a group booking. The only issue was communication being slower. I was only able to communicate with management via email, not phone. To sum it up, if you plan to book a party here (15 kid minimum) be patient with the process and plan ahead. Once everything is agreed upon and prepaid, the staff there does a good job of keeping you informed of guest arrivals, storing gifts, cleaning up throughout your visit, etc. The kids had fun with a new play structure they added, and I see they are going to add some sort of small car race track soon. Overall, a fun place good for kids in the 3-6 year range. If you have older children, you may want to check out Rock n' Jump or Urban Air. read more

I really want to love this place. But I would rank it low/mid compared to the other options across the Bay Area. We've visited multiple times between my son being 1 - 2.5 years old. My main question is, how do you call your business Jumpity Bumpity but have no places for kids to jump? There are now lots of screens everywhere.... which is what I'm trying to escape by leaving my house and paying to come into this facility. So that was a recent bummer. It like a mini-arcade section for kids. And if you want to let your kids play, it's an added expense. $1 per token and rides range from 2-4 tokens per ride. Sigh. The lack of a restroom for customers is also diappointing, ESPECIALLY for a kids play area. Like what? Honestly, for the price we pay.... it is not worth it. But we go because sometimes we are in the area and need to stop by a few stores in the mall, so it just works out to let our little one get some play time in. Some positive notes - I do like the ability to sign the waiver and purchase your ticket in advance. I'm glad they did away with scheduled play times like they did at the beginning. Last time we were here, they let my husband in at no additional cost as it was not a super busy/full hour. I do like that they have changed things up a bit and have a few more slides. I would love to see a jumpy area for toddlers back up and running though. read more

This was a fun spot for the kids to enjoy while we were at the mall. They have ball pits, a jungle gym, and plenty of things for toddlers and older kids to play with. There's a small arcade too, but it's pretty limited. If you're looking for video games, Round 1 is a better option. My almost 2-year-old is a wild one and loves to run and climb, so this place was perfect for him to burn off some energy. read more

I saw this place on Instagram and it looked so fun for the kids so we drove an hour and a half to check it out. It was actually way smaller than the photos and videos! I like that it was in the mall, but otherwise the space itself is small. And the worst part was that it was super hot inside. They need to account for all the adults and kids that will be in there and keep it at a lower temperature! Check-in seemed hectic. There isn't much space to line up since it's right in front of the cubbies where people are taking on and off shoes. Their payment system wasn't working but luckily I had already signed waivers and purchased tickets online so we didn't need to wait much longer. It was $18 per child for one hour which was pricey. Most indoor play places are that price for at least 2 hours. They also don't even offer any kind of discount for siblings. They use a colored wristband system and will call out your color when time is up. Overall the kids did have fun which is why I'm still giving an average rating, but we wouldn't drive all the way back to come here for such an uncomfortable temperature and small area for a short time at that price. read more

Took my toddler here on a Sunday for some indoor play and I think I will wait to come back because there was sooo many people and kids. There was a line outside to get in. Because it's so new, kids were limited to one hour of play. This Jumpity Bumpity is significantly smaller than the one in Fairfield. My almost 3 year old loved the toddler areas but it should be supervised to ensure older kids don't enter because it happened frequently where the older ones were playing rough around my child. read more

We were there last week and at 11 o'clock soon after we check in they start to vacuum the main ball out area They didn't allow any kids to go inside and it took them all the time we were there still cleaning. We were there without the refund. We used to go to the fairfield location. We were so ecstatic to find out they were opening one at sunvalley mall! I don't need to waste toll money anymore ! My son absolutely loves this place! He loves all the ballpits. And he's into planets one of the area is called " space traveler". He spent an hour just in that area. I love how this place is not too big or too small. The size is just right. I also, observed when I was there a staff was sanitizing all the play equipment and structure. That's so important nowadays because of covid and flu seaso .I also love that they have someone standing by the entry gate in case if a kid decides to run off they can't. Employees are very kids friendly as well. We will definitely come back! read more

Despite reading some negative reviews about cleanliness, I decided to visit this place with my son and see for myself. Thankfully, I found it to be very clean. The staff was even disinfecting the play areas while we were there. I appreciated that they didn't require us to buy socks and only charged an admission fee for my son. We went on a Tuesday around 11am, and it wasn't very busy. The admission fee was $17, which was a bit pricey but still less expensive than some other indoor play places we've been to. The play area itself wasn't huge, but it had plenty to keep my almost 5-year-old son entertained. The location within the mall was convenient because we were able to do other things afterward. Great place to bring your kids and have a nice time!!! I brought my little cousin couple days ago and he had such a blasting time! He made so many friends and really loved the ball pit! There are enough amenities for the size of the place and it lets the kids play and just being themselves (some of them don't want to leave once the parents are ready to go home!). Unlimited pass does not let you re-enter during weekends and there is no bathroom in the place. You have to use the mall bathroom. So if you pay for an unlimited pass, and your kid needs to use the bathroom in 15 mins. They will not let you back in. It's the most predatory policy I ever heard. Completely mis leading. It should be called, "play until your kid pees" pass. read more

Came on a Wednesday early afternoon with my son, he was super excited when he saw the big colorful jumpity bumpity sign! The whole place was clean and there wasn't any line getting in. Last time we tried coming, we couldn't stand in the long line and left but coming on a random weekday wasn't as busy. We saw staff cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and keeping the area in order. My son had a blast here for 1.5 hours. Unbelievable to think we stayed there for so long for him to enjoy the whole place. There was so much to do for toddlers from spinning wheels, riding in cars, huge slides, and the whole indoor playground was super exciting for him. Overall we would come back. My kids (11 years and 11 months old) enjoyed their time here, but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. A few days later, both became sick, and my baby is still recovering from a sinus infection. The ball pit in particular raised concerns, since it didn't appear to be cleaned regularly, and babies often put the balls in their mouths. I also noticed several areas of the facility that weren't well maintained. With better sanitation practices, this could be a great place, but as it stands, I don't feel comfortable returning. read more

I agree that they had rude staffs and in my opinion, it's not convenient for parents with small kids which is strange because the play area I think is only for small kids and the bigger kids like 4 or 5 will most likely be bored. It's a fun place for kiddos! My 2 year old loves it!! I'm glad they now have a changing table. The first few times we went, they didn't! I'm tempted to give this place one star but my kids did enjoy it so I'll give it two. Overall - this location is just TERRIBLE for a Jumpity Bumpity. It used to be a Disney store and it still feels like you're in a medium sized store in the middle of a shopping mall. It's much, much smaller than other Jumpity Bumpities and there aren't many tall structures. The front of the store is a mess. Huge line all the way out into the mall, causing lots of traffic. The people working the front desk all seemed super checked out. Also - there is NO BATHROOM for kids to use. If your toddler has to pee, you better hope they have the foresight to account for the length of time it will take you to get them all the way back to the front of the store, out through the gate, get both of your shoes back on, and then walk to the closest bathroom in the mall. This place is clean right now because it's new but ... I have a feeling it won't be like that for long. read more

My husband came on Saturday 01/27/24 with 4 kids between the ages of 1-7. Ariauna charged him $72 twice. Once on a debit card, which was having issues because of their card reader machine. After 2 tries, it approved the 3rd time. My husband told her it said approved, but she insisted that nothing showed on her end. In order to enter, she charged him another $72 on a separate card. I came to the mall today and spoke with Trinity explaining the situation. I was told to email concord@jumpitybumpity.com to request a refund- which I did. I included the name under the waiver, screenshots of my bank statements as well as the original receipt received on the 27th. I will update my review as I get more information regarding my refund request. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing here, although they could do better with the temperature inside. Kids were profusely sweating everywhere and it was so uncomfortable, even for the adults. Would've gave my review at least 3 stars, but I'm really annoyed at this payment issue we have. I'm not sure if we'll come back, at least not on a weekend. read more

Fantastic! My son's new favorite place. Definitely our new go-to place. Came here to try something new and super glad that we did. The place is very spacious with a lot of different activities and so different. Also very clean and organized. They have a toddlers play area with building blocks and a little moving corral. There is a mechanical area with air tunnels and plastic balls. The area also had the balls fall from the ceiling which was a crowd pleaser. There was a mini ball pit and mini slides. Then there's a bigger place structure with a bunch of bigger slides and a jumbo screen that plays interactive games. I believe they do parties there because they have a separate hidden party area. The pricing is good and pay by the length of time. Adults can play as well but it's definitely more for the kids to play. Though my only scuff is that you keep your shoes near the entrance and it's kinda accessible to anyone who comes in or just passes through. So purses and bags are better kept on your person. read more

My 2 year old LOVES this place! They actually upgraded the inside with like a mini "arcade"section and more toddler friendly activities! I loved that for my 2 year old, wayyyy more for her to do :).
