This visit, we started with the appetizers and ordered the gyoza, imperial dumplings, and chicken lettuce cups. They were all great choices and made for a delicious start to the meal. For my entrée, I got the Champion's Burger. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked well. I requested raw and grilled, and no tomato. Although my burger still came with tomato, it wasn't a big deal and I had no complaints. The burger itself was juicy and full of flavor, and definitely hit the spot. Good chilaquiles, but not enough to bring me back for brunch We came back after nearly a decade, and while the new chilaquiles station caught my eye, the overall experience was just okay. We took a gamble, did a walk-in, and it paid off. We got seated right away on the patio. No complaints, beautiful scenery and the weather was perfect! The chilaquiles with salsa verde and over easy eggs from the omelet station were yummy and definitely the highlight. The mimosas were a nice addition, I wasn't sure if they were still included. The prime rib, shrimp, and French toast were great. But the Eggs Benedict were tough to cut, the salmon was dry, and dessert was basically gone an hour before closing. They eventually brought out brownies and bread pudding after another guest complained, but... really? I guess you can say I expected more consistency and better execution. I'm not a buffet girl to begin with, so this didn't make my return list. I might come back to try the regular menu though. read more

Recommend this place for their Sunday brunch- make sure to make reservations. It's a large buffet in their dining room with live music and an omelette and chilaquiles station made to order. I absolutely love this place! The restaurant at The Golf Club at Lone Tree is truly a hidden gem right here in Antioch. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. The service is outstanding -- Brian and the entire team are so welcoming and attentive. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food is amazing! A huge shout of gratitude and hurrahs to the wonderful catering manager Vanessa and her equally wonderful assistant Nicole! Our Pittsburg Senior High Class of '65 (105 people) had our 60th reunion there a week ago in a beautiful banquet room overlooking the lush green golf course through floor to ceiling windows, and it was a smash success from start to finish. Vanessa and Nicole accommodated every one of our needs and special requests, and did it with a smile and graciousness we will never forget. Turns out both of them were also Pittsburg High graduates, and even before I asked them they had decided to wear their own black and orange Pirate gear on the day of our event -- how cool was that! As emcee I brought them into the big room to introduce them to the crowd and give them some props, and they got a nice ovation and show of love from everyone. The lunch buffet was terrific, many said the food could not have been better. We opted for an in-room bartender so nobody had to leave the room to get a drink, a very nice touch. My plans changed today so I called this am to see if I could go to the Sunday Brunch. They were able to accommodate and we had a window seat looking out at the greens. We had mimosas and a lovely brunch of smoked salmon, salad, fruit, all the usual breakfast items, prime rib and made to order omelettes. The dessert bar had creme brûlée, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate 3 layer cake and other munchies. I was impressed with all the food they had and it wasn't any too expensive. Big Shout out to Abdon and his team at the Lone Tree Golf Brunch, they all are very friendly, organized, hard working people; first time here and definitely new favorite place for brunch ‍ We made reservations for 8 people , however 10 people showed up instead, we told Abdon and right away him and his team prepare us a table, so we can all fit. Everything was so good, organized, clean, I usually don't go to eat at buffets; I was a bit concerned, if I was going to like it, however they have a huge selection of food. Our waiters kept on cleaning and making sure we were good on drinks. They have live music playing while you eat there. They have an omelette station, waffle station, prime rib, sea food (oysters, shrimp, salmon), enchiladas, chiles rellenos, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, chocolate covered strawberries, eclairs, crème brûlée , cookies, mashed potatoes, salads, bread, juice, coffee , milk, & 2 mimosas per person. The restaurant has breath taking views of the gulf coarse, and the mountains. There's parking right outside. The price is around $50 per person. I went there last week! Service terrible , food 3/5. My nephew and I order the steak and I'm guessing cooks don't know what each temperature for steaks should be. I ordered my steak medium and they cooked it well done and my nephew ordered it MR and it came out MW close to well done. The manager/ owner of that place needs to provide their cooks a thermometer for steaks so they are able to cook steaks to client's likes , and is not the first time this happens , every time we visit we order steak and we actually mention it to the lady server so she makes sure the steaks are cook to order but nothing changes , than we want to tell the server but the server never comes back to the table to check on us, also looks like they have food sitting there for a minute because food also arrives to table warm to cold , also server nowhere to be found , all servers look unfriendly, even though we come in with a smile in our faces, say good morning they barely wanna take our order. As I was a guest only, I can't speak on the pricing, packaging or catering. However, as a guest, the Celebration was a huge success in part due to the Lone Tree Event Center - Lighting, Dinner, Table Setting, Service and additional decor. Dinner included Chicken Marsala, Beef Burgundy, Sauteed Vegetables, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caesar, Caprese and Baby Bleu Salad. I tried a little bit of everything except for the Baby Bleu. I was pleased with everything. They also had a dessert table with Macarons, Cupcakes and cookies. I tried only one, the Macaron, and it was delicious. It was my first visit, and the restaurant's stunning golf course views blew me away. My childhood friend and I enjoyed a comedy show paired with a buffet dinner. This place is a great place to hold events because of the great customer service brought by these 2 ladies and the staff. We had my mom's birthday here and had open bar, Josh, the bartender makes the best margarita! Food was great as well. I recommend their Italian dinner and the crab cakes for hors d'oeuvres were my favorite during cocktail hour. Ariana and Nicole were there to make sure everything was running smoothly and had no problems with anything being delayed. Dogs. Dogs should only be outside seating area like the law indicates , not allowed in the buffet line where they can lick plates and the tables. This is unsanitary behavior! The staff watched and did not do anything about it. Dog was unleashed!! It took a while for the staff to remove the plates before people started to get the dirty plates the dogs just licked. Brunch brunch brunch I thought I reviewed the golf center but apparently not. I've had the pleasure of participating in two annual ladies' brunches with friends and I assume this is the chosen location because they don't charge an extra fee for our large party AND because they're easy to partner with. I love the staff. They're so helpful. There's a gentlemen who works here who always serves our table, Makes sure our glasses are always filled with mimosa /chanpagne, and goes above and beyond with the photographs afterwards. We pay about $48 each for the brunch including gratuity for a party of around 16. The buffet brunch includes a dessert table, mimosas, omelette station, waffle station, prime rib, and hot items (pastas, meats & sausages, fish, shrimp cocktail, potatoes etc..). I rarely venture to the buffet section I'm all about the prime rib and omelette stations and that's it :-) you can also order from additional cocktails and other plate items from their menu. All in all , serene location, lots of parking, you can be seated quickly and dive right in to eating! read more

so unfortunate... This used to be a really fun public golf course. On top of major renovations taking place which has holes 2 and 3 closed, the rest of the course has been left in poor shape. The greens are grainy and inconsistent, which doesn't begin to describe the playing experience. Tees and fairways are playable at best. I contacted LTGC on 4/11/25 , and spoke with Nicole in order to make a reservation for 8 people for Mother's Day. She took my payment over the phone and a copy of the receipt was text to my cellphone. Mother's Day came, my family and I went to check-in and was told by the Assistant manager at the front desk that my party was not on the list and she needed to see a copy of our receipt. We showed her the copy and she said that the price we were charged was not for Mother's Day but for Easter brunch. We explained to her that the reservation was to be for Mother's Day and not Easter and that it was a mistake on Nicole's part and if she could go get Nicole she would be able to fix her error. We were told that Nicole was running around and could not come to the front. The assistant manager said it was fine, if we could step to the side, someone would clear a table and we'd be seated in 5-10 mins. That time passed and I went back to the manager asking why we weren't being seated yet and she said she needed payment for brunch today. I told her we payed already, we showed her the receipt and where did the money go that was charged to my card? I explained that if our reservation was for Easter, don't you think we would have showed up? The manager began to get upset and say " it's alright you guys are going to get to eat for free. At this point, I got upset and said "what do you mean we get to eat for free? You were paid, it's not our fault that your staff made a mistake. Either seat us or refund my card back, as I'm sure your records show that we were not there on Easter Sunday because we weren't supposed to be. So eventually, my family and I were seated in the bar/lounge area, as we're eating the Manager comes over with the bill asking how we wanted to pay for brunch. At this point I'm livid! My sister asked him to go and get Nicole and he tells us that she went home due to a family emergency. How convenient! My sister steps in asking him to go check his books which would confirm that we didn't eat there on Easter and that our reservation was to be for Mother's Day. He says that he can't check his books because the computer is locked and he can't get into it. Yeah right! My family and I were embarrassed and humiliated in front of a bunch of other guest. No one at LTGC apologized for their error or how we were treated by the Assistant manager or Manager. I will never step foot in that place again. Then once the manager was leaving our table he says, I hope you enjoyed your meal and we'll see you all again on Father's Day. SMH oh no the hell you won't! The nerve of him. Shrink the game. Golf has exploded over the last few years all thanks to Covid-19 and YouTube. Ironically a bunch of local courses closed down before this recent golf boom. RIP Roddy Ranch, Bethel Island, 1/3 of Brentwood Golf Club, Deer Ridge and Delta View. I can't help but think about how much better it might be to play Lone Tree if all those courses were still open. There would be less 5+ hour weekend round times I bet. There also seems to be a rise in terrible etiquette and people not understanding the ready golf mentality. It would help if Lone Tree actually had a marshal to help alleviate any pace of play issues but I've never seen one out there. But I digress. The course has taken a serious dip in quality over the years, especially with the greens. It's the only course I've played in Contra Costa with greens this bumpy, brown and lightning fast. It's also the only course I've played that removed all their ball washers. The staff, facility, food, customer service are all great. I've got zero issues with any of that. It's the course that needs some major improvement, more specifically the greens. read more

This was the first time I played on this course and I was disappointed with the conditions of the greens on all 18 holes. I read some Yelp reviews on the conditions of the greens and I thought management made some repairs or improvements. I was mistaken. The greens are so dry and hard. Putting and chipping around the greens is a challenge on every hole A 5 ft putt will roll your ball 10 ft pass the hole A short chip will also get your ball away from the hole. A wedge shot to the hole will not bite or have any backspin. You're lucky if you get your ball close to the hole. On the positive side, the layout of the course is good. The fairways are wide and open. Every hole has its challenge for golfers. Some holes are hilly but most of the holes are flat. It's a walkable course so you'll enjoy the scenery while playing. I play golf around the Bay Area but I rank this as the worse I've played. I don't know if I'll come back again until they improve their greens. read more

I called to make reservation for mother's Day brunch for 7 people plus a baby and was told that I would need to speak to a manager in order to do so. They transferred me to the manager who did not answer so I left a message and received a call back later that day or the next day. The manager had a huge attitude on the phone when she called back saying "you know we require full payment before for these reservations" I said yes.... I can give you the card when you're ready. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning, but that was that and I was able to make the reservation. Fast forward to Mother's Day brunch, and we were sat directly in front of the piano that was being played live. It was very uncomfortable and loud considering i told them we had a baby with us when I made the reservation. I asked multiple people who were working to be moved as there were plenty of empty tables and they could have EASILY switched us with another empty table who did not have a baby with them. Not once did any of the staff say sorry or try to accommodate. They said that they had a bunch of reservations and they weren't able to move anything. Basically, I felt like they were saying we were just another number and another table to turn. The manager was the one working the front podium, and I am assuming that was the same manager that I spoke to on the phone when I made the reservation considering the coldness and lack of customer service. Very unfortunate customer service. I go to this restaurant almost every week and the staff is always so friendly and nice but management is the complete opposite. This place has made a turn for the worse. My family and I made reservations for Mother's Day last month and paid in full. When we arrived yesterday, they claimed they didn't have a receipt for Mother's Day and had us booked for Easter. Despite our proof of payment, Mariana tried to have us pay again, and an additional $11, and then said we were getting free food and we asked to get Nicole, the person who made the reservation for us, and was told she wasnt available. Ron, the manager, although Mariana said she was the manager, later came over, asked about the debit card, tried to say he would charge it again, then said we had to pay another $100 and later tried to claim we were checked in for Easter.
