Me and my kids (1 & 4 yo) were visiting family for a birthday that was being held there. As stated I have a 1 yo and they love to jump, but obviously I'm not gonna let her just free roam by herself. I explained that I had no interest in jumping but that I wanted to accompany my 1 year old to make sure she was safe. I told the owner multiple times that I would not jump but needed to be with my baby and she said that I could not go with the baby (despite the website saying otherwise). I didn't want to make a scene over it so I just bought myself a ticket (even though I was included in the party roster and should have been covered). And then my sister (the party host) lost her expensive and sentimental bracelet in the foam pit with roughly 30-45 min left on our jump time. We spent that time looking for it before even notifying them of it. After that they gave us 15 min to look and I don't know if you've ever had to look through a foam pit for something but it is nearly impossible. We even asked if we could come in after hours to do a proper look, to which the owner said we could have 15 min after they closed, which is nearly impossible (We would not have put this much effort if it was not a sentimental piece that was literally worth $1000 if not more). Not to mention but it was dead when we went, just a handful of other guests were there since we were there midday. While looking through the foam pit it was absolutely disgusting. There were lost socks, bandaids, food remnants, and sticky substances coating the blocks and the bottom of the pit. They claim to clean it either weekly or monthly (different employees and the owner said different things with one employee saying it's never been cleaned since they've worked there) but I would be genuinely surprised if they ever clean the pit. It's a straight up bio hazard and you couldn't pay me to go in one again. After being unsuccessful in finding the bracelet they said that they would give my sister a call if it was found, but after the way they were treated and the owners attitude I highly doubt that would happen if it's ever found. This place could be really cool, but the owner needs to work on customer service and just outright communication skills. After reading other negative reviews, they clearly do not know how to accept faults on their end. They leave comments on the reviews trying to disregard, refute, and lie about customer experiences (and I'm sure they will do that with this review as well, which is just straight unprofessional ). Hopefully they get new owners that can take accountability and improve customer experience.

Program: Kid Strong has a curriculum that focuses on various "milestones" weekly. I love how they also not only incorporate physical milestones like jumping, climbing, etc. but also social-emotional milestones such as public speaking, introductions, ordering food at restaurants, etc. As a teacher, I commend the coaches for not only being able to corral the kids but also engaging them in play-based learning. Coaches: Every single coach that has come onto the gym floor has been kind and encouraging to our five year old. When we started, my daughter was very reluctant to get in floor. Be warned, it is very loud at times. There are two open gyms, there is music playing, the sounds of children playing, coaches and parents encouraging .. it's a lot of sensory overload. But week in and week out, the coaches have encouraged my daughter little by little to join in the fun. Now, she is more confident, more willing to try new things and has even become "class captain" on several occasions. Special shout out to coach Lupita! She's been my daughter's coach from the start and the kids all love her!! Awards: KidStrong encourages "leveling up" as you progress through the classes. After each class, coaches recognize students who have accomplished certain milestones in an award ceremony. I love this bc it allows students to feel confidence for themselves but also their peers. The reason for the visit here that day was to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Many of his friends were there too. The storefront for the business is similar to how many other places are, but you can definitely see the big Ninja Warrior sign across the windows on the outside. After coming inside, there was a table area for everyone to sit. However, at that time, it was playtime for the kids. They were running through an obstacle course to try and beat their prior timed attempts. They were at this for quite a while, and it was fun to watch them try, especially after doing it awhile as you could tell they were getting tired out. I'd call that part mission accomplished. Once the obstacle course time was done, everyone came back to the table to celebrate my nephew's birthday. The staff were getting the next event set up during that time. Everyone had a great time with the cake. The second part of the play here involved the kids vs. adults. The lights were turned off, and it was basically like a Nerf War between them. I didn't do that part of it, but I did watch it all unfold. The kids were very quick to get the adults. There are several hiding areas to avoid getting caught or to sneak attack with the Nerf gun. There were also some mini snowballs you could throw around too. Once that part was done and the lights were back on, you could see everyone was tired out. Overall, this was a great place to have a birthday party. The staff were welcoming, and they were patient with the kids too. The atmosphere in here was tuned to the level of fun. They also have weekly summer camps and other offerings as well. There seems to be something for everyone here.
