The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

Nobody should have to wait 2 or three weeks to look at a broken or leaking pipe or A.C. that is not working properly. I started calling reliable contractors to do the job. Canceled plan on April 21. It's now July and I and still seeing the recurring charge on my credit card."will never do that again". Called Constellation and they tell yes you have been canceled and will look into why your being charged 81 dollars a month. The system if flawed do not sign up for Constellation home.

Two hours later he still had not fixed the problem and said he was going to need a senior technician. The next day we called and they said they would send someone between 12-5, but again they could not give us a more defined window of time or even let us know if we were near the beginning or end of the route. This time we waited til almost 7pm for them to arrive. After working for an hour they decided they needed to order a part.
