Still consistently TERRIBLE customer service and crazy prices. I had sworn I would never go back, but my insurance company only wanted an official BMW diagnostic of my transmission after they incorrectly towed my X5 on 2 wheels. I made an appointment and was told they no longer supply loaner cars... strike 1. They asked if I was going to wait for the car and I said I couldn't because of work, so I would leave it there. After arriving on time for my appointment, they proceeded to make me wait over AN HOUR just to check me in: strike 2. Then they decided to take their sweet time just to run a diagnostic and kept my car for THREE DAYS, again, while I had an appointment for same day diagnostic. Of course, since they don't give loaners anymore, why would they care? Strike 3. Then I kid you not, they official "video" diagnostic from the technician said that my transmission may or may not be damaged which may or may not have been caused by the improper tow. Wow! So much for their expertise. The cherry on top of this rancid cake: the parking brake on my car was no longer working. Weatherford quote to fix it? $6,500!! I have since decided to get rid of my POS X5 so I never have to deal with BMW ever again. read more

I bought my lease from Weatherford. They made errors in total acquisition cost. This should have told me about their lack of attention to details, but I let it go. Did not receive the car title even after seven months. When I asked the sale agent to help me, I got an email from the dealership saying that I had to take care of it myself. After digging into the application with a very helpful DMV agent, we found that Weatherford entered the wrong address. No wonder I never received the title! I sent an email to BMW corporate to tell them about the situation. After a few days they said that I needed to contact BMW financial services. After 45 minutes of talking with two different guys in BMW financial services, I was told that they cannot help me and I needed to talk to i- team, whatever that was. Another 30 min wait on the call with one agent, who told me to wait so she can explore how they can help me . I was more than an hour on that call when this new agent picked up the phone and asked me to explain again why I am calling . You could imagine my reaction. I found a 2023 540i online that was used as a loaner car at Weatherford and it was just what I was looking for. I called and spoke with Nick Mills in Sales. He was very professional and helpful and I decided to make the trip from South Bay to Berkeley. After a great test drive, I decided to purchase and trade in my old 550i. Nick navigated all the usual issues with trade in and suggested the benefits of financing. The entire time he was extremely helpful and accomodating and, when we ran into a few snags, he kept me informed and worked them out. The familiarization run through was fantastic, answered all of my questions, and got me up and running quickly. I wanted to get my own loan and when my bank was taking way to long to get me approved, Kevin stepped in and had my application in before Noon on a Saturday and next thing you know my loan was approved, so with the help with Su Lao they had my contract together and had me signing the contract to my new truck while I was at work still (thank you to Irving in finance) so I can pick up my beautiful truck before they close at 6pm. I absolutely love this place. I am an owner of a BMW for multiple years. My dad owns one and now my BF will soon be an owner.. We've spent some time here over a few months. They are beyond clean, luxurious and definitely cater to all our needs. They also have a BMW shop but I didn't make a purchase. Besides that, we don't make no rational decisions and Garrett Morris has the absolute best interest in his mind for us. He's been extremely patiently with us and has kept in touch through out the months of this decision. We've went from a 2 series, to a 4 series. From a 4 series to a 3 series. We finally made a decision though. Garrett was amazing. Polite, understanding and listened to us. We did a lot of negotiating but finally made our decision like I had mentioned. They really do listen. That was key to us. Garrett didn't push us or trick us into buying a car. Update: Recap - purchased CPO SUV. Brakes were completely worn in 2k miles post purchase. Dealership did not stand behind their CPO - they charge for the job (a discount), and did indicate they could have charged full retail - $1800 (what? should be covered 100%). Two master mechanics informed me there is no way those brakes should have worn (requiring the rotors to be resurfaced) within the 2 months and 2K miles. Both question the measurement provided on the CPO (mistake or other...). We are working with them and others on a remedy, but I must say their lack for customer service, customer satisfaction (standing behind the CPO label) and just doing the "right thing" is surprising. know this before you experience the same. read more

Had two new doors painted and installed by Weatherford's body shop. First winter out in the rain and there's an inch of standing water in the back floorboard. It turned out to be a shoddy vapor barrier install to go along with the rest of the subpar work. They damaged the airbag module during r/r and had the balls to tell me the srs light was on when I dropped it off. After the service writer consulted his picture of the odometer from when it was dropped off (no srs light) they still had the gall to ask my insurer to fix that too. It wasn't my money so I didn't fight them on it but that was unbelievable. I love BMW but I would go elsewhere for service. read more

Just had the WORST experience here. Purchased an x5, was told I can pay my Down payment by personal check. I arrive and was then told they couldn't accept my personal check because of my credit score, which was the same credit score that got me the car. The consultant says this is a store policy, but couldn't show me where I could find in writing. I can't find that policy anywhere on the website etc. Even after I showed my bank account balance, with routing and account info, the manager and sales consultant insisted that i go to the bank for a cashiers check (which costs me extra) or pull the cash out. I ended up paying with Apple Pay, sale was approved immediately. I feel The real reason my personal check was not accepted was because of my appearance (I am black). This establishment embarrassed me, and basically suggested I was giving them a bad check on the sales floor. Overall, I was treated like crap and again I can't help but think it was due to my appearance. This is a $50k sale. Took my car here to have some warranty work done to fix the rims and tires. I called ahead and scheduled the appointment, so I would not be without a car for a bit. I was able to get a loaner vehicle, but that is limited use...(I can't take my dogs out or travel very far with it). The original quote for the work was around $800 and a couple of days. They said inspected everything initially and no surprises. After several days and little to no communication, I was told I needed a few thousand dollars worth of parts and the alignment "they performed" needed to be paid for twice. After some back and forth, we negotiated a discount. I was without a car for over a week, had to cancel a trip out of town, and the one thing I tried to arrange in advance was the last thing done and was never arranged. The overall experience and the fact that I had to haggle my bill just didn't set well with me... This vehicle was a holdover vehicle, until BMW's AWD electric vehicles came out. We were looking at the BMW I4 M50, but we're looking at other brands and vehicles after this ordeal. read more

Its a waste of time to complete another credit application aside from another credit run hit! To all potential customers reading this: You're being warned, take your business elsewhere because this there supposed dealer "policy" to run your credit multiple times. Unless you don't care about your credit being run more than once, have at her! Regardless if you're pre-approved you are forced to go through a credit application again to submit to their lender relationships! What a waste! read more

I bought a lightly used 2021 BMW X5 M50i back in December of 2022 and took it to WEATHERFORD for a routine oil change in March, 2023. Since it's been raining, the outside of the car was somewhat dirty but not bad, the interior was spotless since I just had a complete detail done on it 2 weeks prior. The car was there for 8 hours and when I came to pick it up, the interior of the car had dirt all over the seats, the rear sill plate had dirt from someone stepping all over it and it looked like complete trash. Mind you, nobody rode in the back of this car since I've bought it and it was spotless inside when I dropped it off. I needed to get home so I didn't bother bringing this up but this will be the last time I will be taking my car to this dealership if this is how they treat customers vehicles. I spent close to 3k on ceramic coating, front covering and full interior cleaning for this car and they treated it like a baby treats a diaper. The service advisor couldn't even take the time to explain anything that may have needed service and I was told to just go to the cashier to pick up my keys. I don't know where they got their customer service training but it's nonexistent. I'll take my business elsewhere when I need service on my vehicle in the future. I was told that the car will be washed also but rain coming down in it, did a better job than what they did, and the rain doesn't scratch my rear bumper like they managed to do. read more

I've been holding off in posting this review as I don't like to give bad ratings. But here we go... I brought my car here earlier this year, prior to shelter in place, to get my car annually serviced. I didn't wait too long in the waiting area and was greeted by Fortunato (who preferred to be called Fortune) promptly at 8am, my appointment time. We walked over to the service area/his desk and I gave him my car fob so he can pull up my car information. I waited until he finished pulling up my details before I asked him if my service included an oil change. He rudely responded that he needed to pull up my information (as he was already looking at it on his screen) before he could tell me if it's included or not, while waving my key fob to my face. I was in complete and utter shock by the way Fortune answered and gestured. A "give me a moment" or the like would have sufficed. I get sometimes details don't show right away which was why I waited until he was looking at it before I asked a simple yes or no question. But to wave the key fob in my face was SO disrespectful and distasteful. **Awkward silence...** I signed some paperwork he handed to me. Fortune told me that the service would take a minimum of 6 hours. I told him I would leave and asked if he could call/text me when my car was ready and Fortune said he would call. 6 hours later... I called in and asked for an estimated time when my car would be done. The lady who answered told me that my car was already done 3 hours ago and I could come in whenever to pick it up. I came back in at 2:20pm. I walked over to the register and no one was there. I walked over to the service area where Fortune and the other workers were sitting to let them know that no one was at the register. Fortune made it seem like it was the very first time he had seen me and said "Hi how can I help you?" ...I told him he was the one who helped me in the morning. Before I could finish talking, he again, responded RUDELY, that I needed to go to the register and gestured me to walk to the other side. Seeing for himself that no one was there, he found the lady to go to the register to help me. The lady gave me my receipt and a bright orange paper (it was literally a blank 8x11 piece of paper that was a highlighter orange color. Been here several times for my annual car services and I've never gotten this before!) and told me to go back to the service area for the next employee to help get my car. I stood in line behind the only customer, while Fortune and several other workers were having a non-related work conversation. Still waiting 20 minutes later, the customer I was standing behind was actually not a customer! He was an employee! He went behind his desk and sat down to join in on the conversation with the other employees. I'm lost for words at this point... The employee who helped the "customer" finally asked how he could help me. I let him know my car was ready for pick up. He responded, "oh yes, I see your orange paper.. Your car is ready. Let me get it for you." He got my car fob and a few minutes later, my car pulled up. While being the only customer at this time, it took over 30+ minutes for me to be able to just pick up my car, it was almost 3pm at this time. At 5:15pm, I get a call from Fortune that my car was done with services and was ready for pick up.. even though I had already picked up my car! I wrote and provided my feedback to this location but does not seem like they care to improve on their customer service as I did not get any response back, like how they haven't responded to any of the lower than average ratings here on Yelp either. Only to good reviews. If I could give zero stars, this review would be the one. Not sure what had happened with this place as I had received great customer service before. I called in 2 days after with a minor issue, was told to bring the car in while the service department took all of 30 minutes to resolve it and send me on my way. That's the takeaway. With today's abundance of consumer options buying from a car dealership still maintains its utility in auxiliary support. Things WILL come up and you'll want someone in your corner after you take home that luxury car. Tried to take advantage of a black Friday special of 50% service labor. Entered the email, received a confirmation. Clicked a few times to check out the coupon looking for restrictions from the link. Called and scheduled a service appointment, made sure it covered what the work we needed. It never said you had a limited number of clicks and then you would be unable to access the coupon. Went to print the coupon right before the appointment and the link was expired. It wouldn't show the coupon any more. My husband drove to Berkeley from SF only to be told without the actual coupon there was nothing they could do even though we had an email confirmation. The lack of customer service and the not my problem attitude is frustrating. I bought my car from this dealership a few years back and expect more from BMW in general. This dealership has an extensive inventory, but they are completely unprofessional. When we bought our car, the sales rep (Joshua S.)was cursing in front of our toddler. The whole experience took quite a few hours and I felt like I could be at any brand dealership. From both of these experiences I can't find myself doing business with this dealership in the future and would not recommend it to others. I had a really positive car buying experience at Weatherford. This was my first BMW and luxury car and the difference in service and approach to customers was very noticeable. I had to take a couple work calls and they set me up with Wi-Fi, offered food and water, and everything to ensure I was comfortable working from there while waiting for my car. Andony Husary was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond, very communicative, and the best part: he listened. I was a bit apprehensive in the jump in price coming from my previous car. Andony worked with me and made the pricing conversations a breeze. He was clear and straight to the point. I couldn't recommend him enough. Not only that, he's continuing to support to ensure I'm Having the best experience with my BMW even after the purchase. I've had my car a few days and got a minor scratch on it today, I reached out asking about a replacement part and he responded within minutes letting me know he was on it and would get back to me. I absolutely would not recommend having your car serviced here. I came in for a routine service and to have my rear break pads replaced. They claimed that to have my rear break pads fixed with would cost upwards of $1300, to have front ones would be $1400 and that's on top of the service. The. Pressured me into a 1 year service plan that covered everything for $1300. After a quick search on their website the breakpads for my car specifically were listed as costing upwards of $150-$300 per pad (which they wrote on THEIR website includes costs and labor) so I felt very mislead by Angelina the service rep who threw out these obviously fictional numbers to push me into signing up for the service plan. When I came to pick up my car the next day after agreeing to pick up at 9am so everything would be ready to go... it took them an insane amount of time to find my car only to come back later saying it was still in a tech stall and hadn't fully been cleaned... between the misleading information around labor costs and unprofessionalism in general I will absolutely avoid bringing my car here. The service department is terrible, believe the reviews and beware. read more

I purchased a 2018 X2 from this dealership and it has been an unpleasant experience. My complaint is the service manager ( John) was unprofessional and was rude. He stated that I could not speak to his supervisor or the general manager and refused to provide me with their names after our conversation about the terms and conditions of my extended warranty. The warranty, I purchased was not honored and I was not satisfied with the experience or explanation given. I paid 10k for the warranty and it has a strict limit for service intervals, I was told I would have to pay extra if I wanted service before the interval mileage was due. I contested, because I was only 480 miles away from the mileage interval and I considered that petty. Considering the cost of the warranty and the rude attitude, I cancelled my warranty and will never return. As a dealership and service provider Wheatherford BMW failed to provide me a pleasant experience or provide reasonable care when addressing my complaint. I will not return or recommend this establishment because of the lack of empathy and professionalism that was not shown to me on my visit for routine maintenance. read more

I gave these guys 3 chances. 1. I was in the market for an X5 and saw one on the website. Spoke to a salesperson and she sounded like she was either tired, miserable, or just having a bad day. Asked for an out the door quote, gave her my email. I hear back from her a week later after I bought from someone else. 2. Now that I bought my X5 somewhere further from my home, I decided to inquire on an extended warranty. So I give Weatherford a second chance since they are the closest to me. I get a receptionist who gives me bad information, and when I questioned her about what she told me, puts me on hold only to blind transfer me to a random sales person. I asked questions about extended warranties and she tells me someone from her service team would call me back. I immediately get a call back from Concord BMW who I had a bad experience with previously. Strike 2. 3. I purchased a diagnosis tool just to make sure my used X5 I bought was tip top. I got a few error codes (nothing major) from it and wanted to speak to someone in service about the report. Seemed like it would be super easy for them to help me figure out over the phone. It was near impossible to get someone live. Finally, I emailed a service advisor and he calls me back the next day after calling in several times. He tells me despite whatever my diagnostic tool says, which is specific to BMW and has a proven track record, they have to do their own diagnosis but because the car is under warranty, it wouldn't cost me. He also mentions they are short staffed. So he had me schedule an appointment. I show up and the folks working were sitting around, gossiping, and couldn't be bothered to help me. Eventually a lady told me to wait outside while the wind was howling. I waited outside for a moment thinking someone was coming right out but nope. I go back inside. After waiting for 10 minutes past my appointment, I approached the service advisor and he basically takes my key fob and insist there are no error codes. He shows me a print up and I asked him what some of the items meant. He couldn't answer my questions and conveniently insisted his service tech was off today and couldn't ask him. He basically brushed me off and said he couldn't do anything to address/check the error codes I found with my diagnostic tool. Said he would charge me to look at my car if I left it. I stayed pleasant with him but took the key and left. Complete waste of my time and it was the last straw. I won't be bringing my car back to Weatherford ever again. Smug, insolent, time wasting attitude from people who are just there to collect a paycheck and considering this is my first experience with ANY BMW service team, they give the brand a bad name. read more

I had such a bad experience here that despite this dealership being 5 minutes from my office I will never return. I returned my leased BMW here and they failed to specify the type of tires that I needed to replace on my BMW. A tech gave me a checklist of things I would be charged with at my end of lease inspection and recommended I fix a few things to save costs for myself. She recommended I replace the two back tires. I bought new tires and they charged me to replace the new tires I had just purchased. So, after a week of effort sourcing the new tires and installing them I get double screwed. I had installed the correct size of tire but the tread/style I picked was not what they wanted (I can't remember the details - it was a while ago). The dealership admitted that they had never specified that I needed a certain type of tire (other than the size) and charged me for my efforts anyways. To be fair - they did remove the charge of one of my two tire replacements. Unfortunately the tire replacement charge they serve is insanely more expensive than getting the tire replaced elsewhere. In 25 years of buying cars I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Management and GM do not even return phone calls once you buy a car. Car is under warranty and when I brought it in for service was told it would cost $270 if they couldn't find the problem. Reservations for service are 3 weeks out and when I had a nail in my tire was told to bring it in and they could fix it while I wait only to arrive and be told I had to come back the next day. I was also told they wash the car after service and my car was returned unwashed and dirty from oil smudges. I'll pass on buying any more cars from here, even though I have owned 4 BMWs read more

Kudos to service advisor Sam Enriquez and the team at Weatherford for great service. They took care of my maintenance needs in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Their waiting area is clean and inviting, and enabled me to work while the car was being repaired. I recommend them highly. read more
