Stay away from this dealership! I purchased a 2025 BMW X5 M60i from them. From the start it was great with their salesmen Kevin, most patient person I have ever met. Kevin would get a separate 5 star review. Their finance manager Blaire is extremely rude and rarely lifts a finger. They tried to deliver my car to me twice with damage on it. They put me in a loaner while they sent my brand-new car to the body shop after attempt 1. On attempt 2, i dropped off my loaner and was excited to finally get in my new car, to find yet more damage. At this point, Blaire, the finance manager, would not get me a Lyft or put me back in a loaner and literally sent me home walking. At this point, I did reach out to their GM, Luis, who was great at first. If you do what most people do and car shop, prepare to have other staff there side eye you and speak poorly about you. If you do not buy a vehicle on the spot and shop around for a vehicle, that is a big no no to them and they will let you know that you are just wasting their time (not Kevin). They tried to sell me an XM red label that had been on their lot for over a year. I test drove it and the car wreaked of fuel, needless to say, once i came back, check engine light was on and the car was in service for quite some time. Sorry dudes, not buying a 189k, 8000 lb tank that has a check engine light on. Speaking of service, service department is a nightmare, set aside from Seth. They are rude and will tell you if you don't like their service, go to another dealership. Service is the bread and butter for a dealership doing warranty work, obviously they have not done the math over there. This came directly from a service manager over the weekend, not Kemo, i have not really interacted with him. I have had my car brought back to me on an empty tank of gas while they test drove my car 70 miles to not even fix it. (had it 19 straight days on this attempt). However, you bring them a car back with 3 miles missing, they are charging you over 5 bucks a gallon. Or you can get an electric loaner to where they do not even supply you a charger, good luck finding stations to waste more of your time. They have brought my car back with damage to the body and rims and completely disgusting dirty. Apparently, they wash it, just not sure they use water or soap, they must have some technique to make your car look terrible, that they are good at. Each time I bring my car in for service, I get to spend 5+ hours going over my vehicle that has not been fixed and just gets checked back in on a new RO. They will consistently lie to you (similar to a Disney movie), make sure you get EVERY detail in writing. They will give you their word, which has the reliability of their customer service(why is there not a 0 star option). Their GM, Luis will act like he is trying to help you and will then turn his back on you when you don't meet his requirements of doing his job or his service teams' job. If you do not have a job, like volunteering your time at a dealership, like new scratches on your vehicle and to literally walk through landmines, this is the dealership for you. So when my friend was looking for a used car (he's not from this country) I was afraid FOR HIM knowing how unscrupulous dealerships can be. I did not want him to be taken. We called ahead, the car was up front and ready for us to test drive, the salesperson Chris referred us to (sorry I forgot his name) was human, patient, and low pressure/low key. Forget this overpriced, incompetent, untruthful, and infuriating business. My experience was with the service department. I will never take my BMW here again, and neither should you. Let's just say it took them 3 weeks to figure out how to get the trunk of my hybrid open and fix the electrical issue. They also were meant to figure out why the hybrid electrical part wasn't charging and fixing the issue. Said they did, charged me for it, and nope- still not working right. They were out of courtesy cars, and instead of providing a rental gratis since they get cheap rates with Hertz, I ended up getting charged for the one that was meant to be provided. I have bought, sold, serviced, repaired my 750, 740, 330, 328, i3, and recently x1. because of being retired then COVID, I have not visited this dealership for a few years. old service advisors are all gone. the new ones are young, talk well, friendly. lets see if they offer just as good work. I dropped my car off on Friday, Monday afternoon still no quote no diagnostic other than an upfront quote of $305.00 to open the hood. they will not take other garage's diagnosis, which is probably the same computer plug in diagnostic. let's see if they honor the SULEV required repair and software update recall for free. Im retired but never feel comfortable with the dealership's philosophy treating customers fairly (or not) because we can't open the hood or diagnose the problem easily by ourself. Inquired about a test drive, the sales guy (lets call him sap) tries to give a lecture about how hard to get the specific model i was looking for, and then says he will check and call me back. Within a minute the sap calls me back and says it is my lucky day and they have 3. I tell him gently that there are plenty of these cars at other dealerships (I was just tying to give these guys my business). The sap then starts being cocky, I hang up (I dont have time for ego massaging). I call the manager (who seems to be nice), and told him not to have saps like this working at his company and that he just lost my business. SERVICE REVIEW Took my car in for annual "service" and received a $1400 bill. Everything was working prior to dropping it off. Feels a bit like churning accounts in a brokerage account. $300 diagnostic + $1100 fix = $1400 for something that worked fine before the diagnostic and now doesn't function at all because I brought in for "service". I recently had an experience with the service department at BMW that left a bad taste in my mouth. While I appreciate the help from Fortune, I wasn't anticipating spending over $1k for what was supposed to be a standard service drop off. I asked if we could apply the diagnostic fee I paid towards the cost of the repair and meet them half way (vs my other half wanting them to eat the entire bill) but unfortunately, I was met with resistance. What disappointed me the most was how they spoke to me in circles using technical jargon to reinforce their points about why I was wrong. It felt like they were more concerned with needing to be right than listening and acknowledging that the car was working as expected prior to service and doing what's right by the customer. As a first-time BMW customer, I expected better treatment, especially considering the lifetime value of a customer. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to want to budge. I truly love my BMW and hope to stay in the family for years to come, but this experience has me reconsidering my loyalty. I'm not owning this because everything was working fine before I brought it in, and I believe that BMW should be accountable for their actions. Meeting me halfway was too much for them. This is a conversation about $300 and doing what's right by the customer. In conclusion, I think the service department at BMW could do better. If they understood the lifetime value of a customer, they would work harder to ensure that their customers are happy and satisfied with their service. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Terrible service, difficult to work with a really shady business practices. It's worth the drive/inconvenience to get your car serviced at pretty much any other dealership. I've had issues with this dealership before when they misplaced my car FOR A WEEK after I brought it in for service. I went back recently (more than a year later) because they are the closest to my home and I wanted to get a noise checked out before a 300+ mile drive. I went knowing my car needed general service in ~400 miles (BMWs alert you of this when you start the car). They told me my car is past due, I said no, that's not what my dashboard says. When I got the car back they reset it, to say I was now 900 miles past due! They also gave me a many thousand dollar list of things a noise they couldn't replicate might be. So dishonest!! Honest Review: Weatherford BMW took real good care of my 2022 X7 M50i for about 1.5mos since there was an ongoing alignment issue (pulling to the right) that was never fixed at my other local BMW dealership (you can probably already guess where) for a 2nd opinion. I highly suggest you seek Fortune Barajas (Service Advisor), Jacob Blackshere (Service Manager) and Joseph Padilla AKA Joe (Shop Foreman of over 20yrs). Fortune was very helpful in making sure that I was being taken cared of since requesting to test drive with Joe to confirm that I had an alignment issue and that I was given a loaner vehicle since they were unsure of the downtime. Joe made sure that he test drove not only once or twice but for the entire duration probably at least 6-8x since the alignment issue was escalated to the BMW Engineering Dept where a thorough investigation and installation of various parts were performed until Joe validated that the alignment was fixed. I was very happy to say that everything went well where the pulling stopped and brought my vehicle back in about a week or so later to test drive with Joe again to make sure (since I have power suspensions, Joe confirmed that drifting a bit in the direction/surface of the road/highway/freeway in which my vehicle was still mostly slowly drifting to the right is within scope after however many seconds maybe 5-7secs of delay; I was not too sure at first then realized no one really lets go of the steering wheel to let the car autopilot on its own unless you're on cruise control so I gave them the benefit of the doubt) and met Jacob who was the new Service Manager at the time, he is super cool and real nice. Thank you so much Weatherford BMW for making sure that you have taken care of me during these trying times, I highly advise and recommend everyone in Alameda County to go here ONLY for all your parts and services since they are very well trusted in the business for 45yrs. However, I am neutral with their sales department since I wanted to see what the estimated trade-in value for my vehicle was for a possible upgrade to the newer 2023 BMW X7 M60i and it was okay, not the best. Lastly, from a personal and familial experience standpoint, any BMW over 5 is not worth getting (the worst will be having a drive train issue); should of gotten the BMW X5 M Competition instead lol. read more

Emailed Weatherford to get a quote for my SIXTH BMW! Raoul responded and sent me an outrageous quote that is double what I'm paying now for my 2021 5 series. Raoul let me know I needed to come in to get the best deal. I explained this was my 6th bmw and I always negotiate pricing and then if the price is the best out of the other dealers, I'd be happy to come in. He has gone radio silence since and their business development coordinator even emailed me and she said she'd look into it and have a new quote sent to me. Nothing! They lied about the amount they would be willing to offer to get me in the door, lowballed me on an appraisal, then reported that value back to Kelly Blue Book, lowering the value that shows up for other dealerships, and thereby depressing my negotiating price with others. I had an offer from Carmax for $19,000. KBB showed ranges of $16.5k - $18.5k. I talked to Natalya on the phone and said I didn't want to come up to Berkley unless they thought they could offer at least $21k as long as the vehicle was in the condition I entered on kbb.com. I drove from the South Bay to Berkeley. They appraised it and came in at $16.5k, then tried to say it was because that was the KBB price (it wasn't) and that it had more damage than I'd submitted (it didn't and Carmax agreed when they appraised it in person). A few minutes after I left the dealership, the "click to accept cash offer" from KBB dropped to the price they'd offered. This information gets shared with other dealers, so if you are trying to shop around, it will tank the value. Thank god I went to Carmax first and got an offer good for a week that was coming in a above most dealerships. I took that offer. read more

This is my first BMW and he helped answer all our questions regarding the car and its features before we felt comfortable enough to place our order. When the car finally arrived, he helped facilitate the financing which we were able to get squared away really quickly. Never felt pressured to do anything during the entire process. I should have known this place was bad when I purchased my 2014 BMW from a salesman who talked only to my husband even though we had told him multiple times I was the purchaser of the car. Recently there was a recall for an emissions problem. After multiple attempts to fix the problem the check engine light finally turned off (did they just unscrew the bulb???). 2 month later I am unable to pass the smog test to get my car registered. They say I need to drive the car to reset the sensor.... I have driven over 250 miles on the freeway @65 mph. I still can't pass. Buyer beware at the service department - ask about their hourly rate before you leave your car ($235 per hour??!). I left my car for the covered 20,000 mile service and to replace my windshield. I ended up paying in excess of $1,900 for 4 new tires. I didn't ask about hourly rates for service before approving the tire replacement, and when I asked the cashier about what the hourly rate I was charged that made up the $480 labor charge associated with the replacement and alignment of the 4 tires, the cashier deflected and said ask Fortune... The hourly rate the service department charges came to my attention when after having had the car for a week, my windshield was not replaced. I learned that my insurance company refused to pay for the labor. When I asked what Weatherford's hourly rate for labor is, I was told it is $235 per hour. Who can blame my insurance company for refusing those audacious charges. At the 6 hours I was told it would take to replace my windshield, I would have incurred a $1,410 charge had I let Weatherford do the work. Needless to say, I returned the loaner car and picked up my vehicle today without authorizing those charges. If your money comes free and means nothing to you continue to service your car at this dealership! read more

BMW Technicians have no clue what they are talking about. I called in for a quote to use their DEF extractor to drain and refill the tank. Tech said it would be $1200 since they have to drop the tank to drain. I told them they were wrong, there are two drain tubes located on the driver side rear bumper, you can access these drain tubes by removing a plate which takes about 2 minutes to do, you don't even need to put the car on a lift to access. This place still insisted it would be $1200 and they need to drop the tank. BMW tech, please learn something by reading your own company published service bulletin, SI B 16 01 09. The bmw part number for the DEF extractor is 81 39 2 153 908 which your shop should already have. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, they have no idea how their own cars work. This service, if done correctly, should cost less than an oil change. read more

Besides that, we don't make no rational decisions and Garrett Morris has the absolute best interest in his mind for us. We finally made a decision though. Garrett was amazing. Polite, understanding and listened to us. We did a lot of negotiating but finally made our decision like I had mentioned. Then they harassed my husband with numerous messages in one day because he didn't respond due to him being sick at the time. I found the exact 2023 430i model I was looking for online from Weatherford. I called on blind and fortunately Kevin Thomas from sales answered. A ten year Weatherford sales person, he is awesome and Weatherford is great. I made a deposit online by DocuSign to hold the car. I went in to meet, look at the car and take a test drive, which sealed the deal. Maximum one hour. But I didn't want to sit with a finance person for two hours to get the car. So Kevin set up a 15 minute screen share call that I did from home to discuss service contracts. They were not pushy and I picked one. Next they sent everything for me and my wife to DocuSign. We signed, went in the next day (had to Wet sign the DMV form in person), The car had been detailed and was out front ready to go. I was on my way in 30 minutes.
