We've been using Weathertec seat covers and floor mats since 1990. We ordered two back seat covers for two cars; correct models, years, on Dec 20. There were multiple problems with the delivery; items we'd been told were in stock, were back ordered. Tracking said both items had shipped but we only received one. I called Weathertec, who couldn't find the order number. They found something under my name and said there was only one item ordered. Then, that both had shipped. Then, that the other was in transit. When the rear seat cover for the first car arrived it was far too big. We returned it. About a week later, we received THREE seat covers, two tan and one grey. All with the same model number. We tried the rear seat cover for each car and again it was way too big. Neither had a way to get at the seat belts, or use the rear consoles. Their website shows that they shipped us two items. We believe Weathertec are shipping after market universal generic seat covers that are absolute crap, nowhere near their previous standard. They should be ashamed. The only good thing is how easy it is to return things. If I could give zero stars and have it count, I would. read more

Floor mats and side window deflectors were given as gift to me for my 2025 Santa FE. I am extremely disappointed by the fit of these so called precision, laser measured items. The passenger side mat is ill fitting, with a huge gap by the sill/door area. The side window deflectors slip and slide as the windows are lowered................. and YES! ..............I followed installation instructions to the letter. So much for "Made in America" if this sub par quality is the best they can do. read more

I purchased a set of car mats (front, back and trunk) and I paid close to $400. The mats are not custom made, at least not for my car VW Taos. The difference between VW mats and WT is minimal and it goes in advantage of VW. WeatherTech mats are a waste of money. I gave so much money for several flat pieces of plastic that don't cover what I originally had in a car. I sent picture to WT customer support and I told them it's not custom made, but they know and they don't care. Don't throw away your money on this cheating company that sells pieces of plastic that don't even fit your car. read more

Who knew a trip to WeatherTech would be so much fun. I know a few people that have made online purchases. I even know a couple of people that have made the drive for in-person visits. Very friendly staff; greeted immediately and encouraged to look around or visit the cafe. The WeatherTech Cafe is a pretty clever way to soften up customers for a purchase. Very inviting; talented baristas that can hand-craft a drink in minutes. My drink of choice was a sparkling apple cider; tasted like a creamy apple soda, complete with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, cinnamon sprinkle and topped with an apple sliver. Best Fall drink I've had so far. By the way, ALL drinks and pastries are FREE! After enjoying the nice treats, I walked around and discovered they also make products for your home. Floor mats for your kitchen, waterproof flooring for laundry rooms, mud rooms and garages, pet accessories and more. My husband and I both purchased custom front and back mats for our cars. They offer a lifetime warranty so I can't say I'll be back soon. But, will travel for that drink. Lol. read more

I have purchased in channel window visors for a Honda Accord. The first time I had gotten them they only lasted about 2 weeks before they started to break and fall out from both front and back windows. I took it back for warranty and had all 4 windows done again this time with what they called improved version from the first ones I had gotten. Sadly they once again have started to unstick from the back windows both passenger and driver side rear windows. Highly disappointed and would not recommend getting them. I don't know if it's the 3m tape they use or what not but for the price they are at plus installation is ridiculous. Second time getting them done and nothing has lasted me at all. Something needs to be done about them or needs to be pulled from inventory until further improvements are done about them. read more

Public Service Announcement and SHAME on WeatherTech with my new vehicle I went to WeatherTech for interior car mats. While in the store I seen that they also had clear license plate covers. They looked good so I bought a pair. About $ 70 for the covers. All in on various products I spent about $700 ! I installed them, threw out the packaging and extra parts they provided. They looked good on my new vehicle. I was happy UNTIL today. I saw something on YouTube that ANY license plate covers are Illegal in some states. So I checked Illinois law. Turns out any license plate cover IS ILLEGAL in Illinois !!!! Up to $ 750 Fine ! WHY the heck didn't WeatherTech TELL ME that !!! SHAME on WeatherTech !! Screw WeatherTech !! We just purchased a new SUV right before our latest trip to Chicago, which happened to be in the middle of a snow storm. A trip to WeatherTech was definitely called for! Right when we walked in I was surprised by how many products they have - much more than I knew about! Customer service was great. Walked right in and they took all our info. 02/13/24 - Weather Tech is awesome. I bought a car in late August & wanted to protect the floor for as long as I could so I bought Weather Tech Mats for the front & back to protect the carpet from wear & tear. I also bought the window guards that allow you to crack the window to let air in when the weather outside is raining, sleeting or snowing. This factor store is all the way out in Bolingbrook, 37 miles from my home in Chicago. The mats are custom ordered & fit for your specific model & car type. The front floor mats fit like a glove & are serving the purpose. The back mat runs door to door & also protects the hump in the middle. The mat I ordered was a thinner weight model & when I installed not realizing there is a thicker gauge floor mat w/nubs on the bottom. The thicker gauge minimizes the movement keeping the mat in place. When I go to the car wash by my house they take out the mats & clean them. One time the car behind me in the wash had the thicker mat w/the nubs. I had mat envy so I called Weather Tech. They told me to bring it out and they would look at it. Well much to my surprise they replaced the old mat w/the newer thicker mat charging me only for the slight upgrade which was $5.42 more. I was so delights by their willingness to exchange the mats. Thanks John for the help. I also had the window Weather Tech side widow deflectors installed so I will be able to crack the windows in inclement weather and preventing rain & snow from coming in & still getting fresh air & circulation. Andy took the side window deflectors & installed them & brought out the thicker guage mat. The Weather Tech store has beautiful merchandise but is located way out in Bolingbrook. Overall I would highly recommend them for the quality of their products & awesome service. Thanks to everyone in the showroom for extraordinary service. read more

I bought a back seat cover for pets. The product fit the seat well and stays securely. The problem was two fold: 1) The bottom of the cover is "grippy" and stays in place well but the top is slick. Our dog slid around and it was obvious she didn't feel secure, which led to #2. 2) Weather Tech's return policy is restricted to products not used. We had to use it to determine if it would work for our pet. It didn't and we can't return it used. We just spent $$ on a product not usable. Would NOT recommend. read more

Our entire family has purchased WT liners for our VW Atlas vehicles. One had a small problem with second seat, the rest cargo and front seats were excellent fit. I did a quick email to WT today. Customer service Richard G promptly looked at my issue and with no hesitation resolved the issue. In this day and age.. this is fantastic customer service and something that is no longer around.. but today WT amazed me with how quickly and effortlessly the problem was resolved.. So far I am not happy with my weather tech floor mats. All 3 came in 1 box crammed together and bent in places they shouldn't bend from shoving them in same box. I was so excited to get them but that was soon turned into disappointment when all 3 didn't fit my truck. It's an f150 shouldn't be too difficult to fit this truck . No way is this a laser precise fit!!! I'm so sad. Waiting for someone to remedy my issue. I had such high hopes and high expectations . Final outcome remains to be seen. Have had great experience with products in the past. Recently purchased Clear Cover and Frame for new license plates. These are PURE GARBAGE. All 4 screw holes on each frame has cracked or cracking plastic. The cover already has a crack running through the center after only 1.5 weeks. The instructions state, "Do Not Overtighten" and I only applied enough force to get the frame/gasket flush. Spent $55 on both of these and they are completely cracked.
