    40,000 mi issues on $50,000 vehicle.

    Not having great luck with the Arcadia so far. I have a 20/20 Acadia just after the trans warranty, my torque converter went out which of course you don't change the torque converter without changing the trans, so that was nearly $4,200 or so. I had 100,000 miles on the car at the time. Now I am sitting here for possible hour and a half 2 hours because my check engine light went on for my 2024 Acadia elevation, I have 40,000 mi on the car at this time. I am willing to bet that there will be a problem that will be outside the engine warranty. And can only imagine what the price is going to be to fix it. So after waiting an hour and 15 minutes apparently there is a radiator hose leak and because I already would have to pay them $196 to have them check the car The radiator hose leak will be $350ish to fix. And because it is right outside the bumper to bumper warranty they're going to give me a little bit of a break at $250 ish. I guess I should be happy that that's the only problem, but again I only have 40,000 mi on the car. The things that are happening is the manufacturers issue but when you own a business it's your issue because you're selling that car. And these issues just add up and aggravate the buyer and that's the level I'm at with GMC Buick. I bought or leased six or seven cars with Woody, I think it's time to move on, sell that car before something else happens and try a new brand. I just want to reiterate the people are good here, unfortunately it's the business that nickels and dimes you with unwarranty items and the wait times are just very long. I could probably change this hose on my own but I'd still have to pay the $196 fee for them to plug in the check engine diagnostic so here I sit for possibly another hour and a half. Now the question below says how would you rate your experience, That's a broad question because my experience with the people is good but my experience with the manufacturer and dealer are not. I just got rid of a 2012 Ford escape with 330,000 mi on it, I think an alternator is the most I've ever spent on fixing that car. Just saying. Thank you for your assistance Kevin. I actually thought I was done with this Yelp until I went to pay, I used my GMC card that you get a percentage back unfortunately they have a 3% surcharge when using it. So you get a card to get cash back but when you use it to pay for stuff that you shouldn't be paying for you have a 3% surcharge on top of the billing. Unbelievable. I feel like I'm in a Seinfeld episode. Have a great day everybody.

    Another wonderful experience with Phil Parker!! Got our new 2024 AWD GMC Terrain SLT today. Our family has been using Phil and Woody Buick GMC for about 50 years. It use to be Village Pontiac GMC but we have always used Phil. We've been treated extremely well and been taken care of impeccably. Another great experience! Thanks you so much!!

    Who cares how this goes back right ?

    Took my 15' Denali in for service , oil change and airbag recall . Waited for 4 days for this to be completed and when i got it back it had stains all over the interior, scratched interior panels and front windshield , the headliner absolutely destroyed. I cannot believe a "professional" dealer in Naperville would think this is okay to do to a customers car. I take really good care of my truck so this left me feeling disrespected. I hope anyone who reads this goes to another dealership for service. The more i look at this the more disappointing it gets . (I paid $350 just a month ago for a professional interior detail)

I stopped by…read moreto check my Audi as the engine light turned on, the older lady (not gonna mention names out of respect even though they don't deserve it) asked for my ID and hand me the device, literally less than 5 min later while in my car with the device connected and waiting for it to read an older man stepping out not even wearing a shirt indicating that he works there yelling at me that there're other people waiting for it, I asked for a couple of more minutes and never the less as soon as he walked in the lady is walking out with my ID screaming at me that they "know what I'm doing" and it's illegal to erase codes (I don't even know how to do it but I guess it's an on going thing) throwing my ID at me and very violently pulling and disconnecting the cord out of my vehicle that got wrapped around my leg and literally physically hurt me. I was in shock of course for a few seconds sitting in my car, then I called the headquarters main office to report the horrific incident. I got a call back a few hours later from a nice young man that apologized and explained that the lady just had a bad day as her cat died and that she will contact me to apologize. I'm still waiting on that call and of course no compensation was provided either. I'm So disappointed as it was my neighborhood auto parts store I was shopping at all the time and obviously will not go back there again and will probably just shop at Auto zone. PS after the event, out of curiosity I also checked on Google what is it all about and apparently it's totally normal and definitely not illegal, almost every business offers the service and you can even buy a very cheap device online to do it yourself which I probably should've done, regardless violence is never the solution

    This happened several months ago, before winter. I purchased some rims off of TireRack and Pep…read moreBoys is an authorized service location. After shipping them to this location and mounted on the vehicle, I noticed two of the rims were scratched. I alerted the team member at the service desk and he and his tech gave my car the once around. He understood there was a problem and requested that I talk with Art the service manager the next day. Art took care of me after reviewing the damage. It was determined that these came scratched in box before being put on the car based on the way the scratches were on the lip of the rim. Art knew he had to help me out and work this issue out with TireRack because it wasn't my problem. A lot of people would complain the tech should of seen this damage before mounting it on the car however this mistake could happen to anyone. Tire Rack sent out new rims for me and Art mounted them no charge. I really appreciate the help everyone gave to me. Thanks so much guys!

    Would love to give 0 stars. Have been going here for about 2 years. Had many issues - tires not…read morerotated, some delay due to tech staffing, etc. Can reason with this as long as the service is a good job. Today I had a negative interaction with the manager and associate that would advise to find services elsewhere. If you choose this business, I suggest you block out your day as this is how long the service will take. As a reminder, double check the work because the techs and managers likely forgot something you paid for.
