I am sharing this because of my disappointment. We were unlucky. At first we had the appointed employee come faithfully. We were happy for a while, however, we always saw various pests in between. My husband convinced me that you can't get them all. However, I felt that it could get better. I called the office to request the appointed employee to spray inside. He had usually sprayed outside. He came inside once. We have had this service since April, 23. The one time he came in, we discovered only one ant that was seen. We were happy, however, during the next visit, I asked the appointed employee to come inside, however, he stated that he didn't need to and he was spraying something outside that should help. However, about a week or so later, all-----broke loose. We had ants everywhere. The bathroom, baseboard, etc. They agreed to return again for $91 charge for October. By then, the ants had moved to the kitchen area. We discovered that they were in the sink, some cabinets, behind the stove and even in the Refrigerator! We were in trouble. We cancelled our service and because of that we paid for October and they stated that the pest control and termite control were connected. We had to pay $300 also. Unfortunately, we kept the termite service. I am terribly upset with our results for the pest control. I hope we don't feel the same about the termite control. I have not experienced this even in older homes. I don't understand what happened.......?

I had seen one of seaco signs and gave them a call. The gentleman that came out looked over my system and found a couple of wiring issues due to some recent honey-do projects. He showed me how he could use my system and give me some of the new features his company offered. I got the programmable thermostats and can control it all from my cell phone. Give them a call if you are thinking about updating your system, because they used my old system instead of selling me stuff I didn't need.

I ordered a safe directly through the manufacturer and had it shipped to this local shop for…read morepickup. The good: They called as soon as my safe was ready. What's better is they installed all the accessories I bought (at no cost!) And packaged the entire safe back up. This saved me time and money and was ultra convenient. Once I arrived, the guy at the shop (Matt, who is normally an installer and is very helpful and knowledgeable) helped me load the safe into my trailer quickly and easily. He also gave me advice on some future needs I have. I was truly impressed by the entire experience. The bad: My ONLY complaint is that, according to Liberty"s website, I should have received a call before my safe was ready, just to confirm my order and give me an ETA. I was actually a bit upset this didn't happen (takes some planning and equipment to move a 700lb safe). But the service was so fantastic I have nothing but good to say. Overall, I was impressed by the service and knowledge Matt gave me. If you are in the market, I would stop in and see what they have and what they can get. They had a lot of great deals in store and I trust they will make any visit worth the time.
