There was a bit of miscommunication on one of the features on the trailer I was looking at and when I came to pick it up was disappointed to see the trailer didn't have what I was expecting. Steve was extremely apologetic, had the feature added to the trailer and delivered it to my house 2 hours away the following week. He could have very easily told me "oh well" but did the complete opposite. He was exactly what I look for in a dealership. I will definitely recommend him to any friends looking for a trailer and will make sure that if I find myself in the market for another trailer will make sure to head to Trailers Midwest!!

When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. I started investigating the issues and found that every piece that was plastic broke. After a bit of trouble shooting, several discussions with a fellow Luxe owner and a load of phone calls with Certified RV, I decided it was going to be cheaper and easier to replace the entire hot water heater. Tammy at Certified RV helped me get what I needed. Certified RV's tech Scott provided some valuable insight for the install as well. It is amazing how nice a hot shower in our own rig feels! A huge shout out to Tammy at Certified RV for all her assistance making sure she got me the parts I needed as soon as possible. She truly went above and beyond the normal to get us the parts. Call back to check about it found out that I should have taken to Gurley Lee which is Certify on working on Buick was told that they can work on them but no recall work can be done by them. With me needing my car because of taking care of family members I wish they would have told me that in the beginning. Now have another appointment with Gurley Lee to check what work was done by Gates and to see why my Engine light is on again. Lesson Learn.

We were only about 5 miles from Hoosier Harley Davidson. I went in to service to ask if they could look at it. THey had me bring it right in. Confirmed leak and put their best tech on it. It was almost 1 pm and they closed at 4. Bike was finished at 3:40 with both gaskets replaced and we were back on our way to Sturgis. They were quick, friendly and made my day. I can't say enough about how great theses people were. Hoosier Harley is a great place.

They had a very limited selection of sizes in the shirts I wanted -- most options were only available in 2X and above. When I asked the associate if they had more inventory, she mentioned they were getting ready to swap everything out for the holidays. I understand seasonal changes, but as a destination for riders and collectors who travel specifically to buy shirts, they really should keep all sizes well-stocked year-round. Not just one, but several shirts I wanted weren't available in the size I needed, so I left without purchasing anything. Also worth noting: this location is not part of the national Harley-Davidson points or rewards system. If you're planning to swing by just to pick up shirts, I recommend calling ahead to confirm they have the size you need. Friendly staff, but limited inventory. Hoping to see improvements in the future!
