Let me just say that customer service at the level that they provide is very rare today. There was a bit of miscommunication on one of the features on the trailer I was looking at and when I came to pick it up was disappointed to see the trailer didn't have what I was expecting. Steve was extremely apologetic, had the feature added to the trailer and delivered it to my house 2 hours away the following week. He could have very easily told me "oh well" but did the complete opposite. He was exactly what I look for in a dealership. I will definitely recommend him to any friends looking for a trailer and will make sure that if I find myself in the market for another trailer will make sure to head to Trailers Midwest!!

This person was fired after 3 weeks of missing a minimum of 2 days a week. I was then left on my own to learn the rough wire and hook up. When a wire was ran wrong it was yanked out of place by one of the "team leads" and I was belittled for doing anything wrong. These people are terrible and do as little as possible to get these trailers out the door. I would not recommend working here, let alone buying any product they produce.

Week 1- they delivered our 5th wheel to us with no power cord so we couldn't even use it for the first 3 days. Also window trim popping off on a lot of the Windows. I fixed it myself Week 2- led light over awning stops working - wasn't to worried about that figured I'd take it in for service at the end of the season. Week 3- water line to fridge was hooked up wrong flooding our 5th wheel and causing major trim damage- pulled the fridge and repaired it myself and figured I would have the interior repaired at the end of the season Week - 4 converter burns up /no power to unit -2 days before our 1st trip. Since the beginning we made a lot of calls to tiara before we even received our 5th wheel. Reason is because they would never communicate back and left you in the dark the whole time . There is no leadership in this company. From the parts Dept to Chris the finance manager and all the way to the so called owner Todd . They were all horrible to deal with. They do not care after the sale. They will put all blame back on the manufacturer . And take no responsibility for the lack of service they provide.

When I contacted Octane, they gave me the phone number for the cabinet company they buy from and asked me to talk to them directly. When I finally contacted the owner directly, and asked him if he were to buy a new truck, and the radio didn't work, would he expect the dealer to fix it, of provide him with a phone number to Bose? All I got was crickets. Money already in their pocket, and they move on, regardless of how bad, or how many issues you have.

I left with no answers and they killed the battery on my camper and I couldn't get the jack to operate to hook the camper up. Required a guy on a kobota to come energize the battery. Don't waste your time with this group in Elkhart. Common response you will get is it's been so busy this week. They are always busy and not capable of providing the level of service required. They simply want to sell you a camper and once the contract is signed best of luck as they don't have intimate knowledge of their product they are selling and what the call brand new was put together by the same group that has no knowledge of the product.

The Trailer itself was defective and had to go back to be welded together. In addition to the work not being completed at the factory they found the frame had been cut 3/4 of the way through and needed additional repair. The Trailer is a toy hauler with two pop outs. The trailer is a 2017 and both pop outs a broken because of poor engineers and workmanship. I've contacted the company and they will not work with me, I would not buy a Lightening Trailer from anyone, any where or at any time.

The staff at Bradd & Hall is an eleven out of ten; the installation techs are masters at their craft and appreciate an old-school RV. Next to the work bays is the office of the most beautiful Joe. If you're lucky, you'll get a peek at him as you walk to the showroom. Stephanie was our point of contact and an encyclopedia of knowledge about the products Bradd & Hall offers; she rocks.
