I needed a CT scan done and my doctor sent me to the Eastside Health Center. They called me to set up the appointment and pre-register me. When I got there I was taken in almost immediately to complete the rest of the paperwork and confirm insurance. Please note: Make sure you tell them you want THEM to bill your insurance company or they will bill you and you have to fight with the insurance company to pay it. After I finished with the paperwork side, Lynn walked me through and was with me the rest of the process. She explained everything so thoroughly, brought me the contrast to drink, put the IV in, and administered the test. She was so kind that even thinking about it now is bringing me to tears. She calmed my nerves and made me as comfortable as it could be. If everyone is as nice as Lynn at Ohio Health, I will definitely make it a point to go to their facilities for tests. Thank you again Lynn. You are a true gem!

She (Shauna) has a good hospitality sense.; appointments were long, friendly, and detailed. . The problem; however, lies in prescriptions and regularity of scheduled appointments. Being a Hypertensive Type I Diqbetic, I have medicinal needs: Lantis, Gumalog, Glucose Meters, and multiple Heart/Cholesterol meds. ALL ARE TIME SENSITIVE. . My wife would make regular daytime refill calls (required for action) and there would be no refills. It became so spotty we had to make in-person appointments to get to LIFE-AFFURMING MEDICATUONS. Additionally, Shauna (our RN) stated we could just call, however when we did, we were required to visit...for checkup- although we had seen her within 87 days. . In addition to that, she required us to keep Blood Pressure Logs to prove need for a High Blood Pressure Medicqtion previously prescribed in a Cardiac Care Hnit by a Cardio Doctor. . Of my 51 years as a patient- 26 as a Duabetic, WHITEHALL NEDICAL IS THE WORST I've ever had. . I called my former physician (hard to access either my blindness/accessibility) who i hadn't seen in 3+ years. Without question or posturing, all medications were simply refilled. . They had open scheduling; so it was easy to get an appointment. When I arrived I waited for only 5minutes in the waiting. I'm pretty sure no one around me waited any more than ten minutes. Once I was called in, the nurse attended right to me. She was quick, efficient and friendly. Then I waited 10-15 minutes tops for the doctor. I was getting a general check-up. Nothing big, but I figured it would be a good judge of the place. When Dr. Boyle came in, he greeted me happily and he was welcoming. He was fun, very friendly, and was straight to the point when it came to the necessities. The offices are decorated and themed too. I thought it to be kinda cool.
