The store manager is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, he belittles women and puts them down, is blatantly disrespectful to customers, and has no regard for any sort of customer experience. The irony here is that all I asked is for my quote to be emailed to me so I could book their services. What kind of company treats women with absolute disregard and disdain? I'm sure the store managers views on equity and compassion as a whole, are missing entirely. If you are any sort of minority or female I would be scared to go in the store for fear of extreme mistreatment. From the minute I walked in the door I was treated rudely by the sales team. The team who came to measure my home was extremely nice and arrived within 48 hours from my first request for service. It is now two months later and I have still not received my quote from the salesman. I followed up for weeks asking politely to have that emailed to me. When I called today to ask for help I'm told that I can only speak with the one sales person assigned to my account -yet he's never available. When I asked to speak to the store manager the guy on the phone says he is the manager and is an out right ASSHOLE to me saying they would just "throw my quote in the trash", treating me rude and completely condescending because I calmly asked if he can just look in the system. When I ask for the number of the owner he tells me that he'll give it to me and then hangs up on me. When I call back they keep hanging up on me. My husband tried calling to get information for a manager, and the store manager yelled at him and hung up on him as well. BEWARE TO BE TREATED ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY.

Besides getting ripped off, I was unable to contact anyone after calling multiple times. I knew the square footage I needed but was "assured" by the sales guy that I needed more - now I am stuck with a significant amount of leftover carpet when I could have saved $100. I keep calling at all times of the day and can't get through to anyone. Very frustrating experience.

Apparently, the box of extra flooring they left us was damaged and they couldn't replace it so we asked how much to replace, and we found out that flooring has been discontinued and no other flooring would fit with the existing floor. They could only find 3 different colors of that brand, and this is what we are left with. One side of this dark floor is higher than the rest of the floor and we have already tripped on it. When I called Chris (the salesperson) back after he told my husband he could no longer help us, he was very condescending. Chris was supposed to bring by some samples for us to look at after quoting us a price of $1200 to get the kitchen floor replaced, and yet again he didn't bother to do that. I would not recommend this place. Go to someone who stands behind their work.

He taught me so much about carpet pad and types of carpet. I explained where the carpet was going and my usage and he pointed me in a different direction for carpet choices. The crew assigned was top notch. The lead on my job has been with the company for over 20 years. Seams look great. The stairs look great. The overall job was very professionally done. I plan on returning to this business for new bedroom carpet later this year.
