At that…read moretime we only used the house as a vacation house, so when he explained that I needed to run the system for a day or two, I did. Over the last 5 to 6 years it has gotten worse. I have a spin down filter and a 5 micron filter that builds up with this sediment and clogs every few days. When I called him he said he would be there at a certain day, and did not show up. Called back and he promised to come on another certain day. Didn't show. A few years ago I hired him to drill a well in a rental near me. When I went there to see how it was going for me, he verbally berated me. Never understood why. Must have been frustrated by an issue he was having, which caused him to call Somerset Well Drilling. He told me that he had to share the profit. After speaking with drillers over the past few years I understand the problem is the screen or filter that was used at the bottom of the well. It was too large, that in my area all the drillers use a smaller screen. He should have know this. Obviously, he is still angry with us, but his refusing to come out without without telling us is unprofessional. My landscaping contractor stopped by and said it was a problem with the pump and he recommended I call Aqua Tech. I went on line and requested service and within the hour they pulled up. The three techs went to work to figure out the issue. Pulled the pump from the casing, changed out with a new one and we were back in business. The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came! They cleaned up after themselves after the digging they had to do, told me where and how I could get extra water quality testing done just to be extra safe, and how to flush my water lines to get everything working again as clear and fresh as possible. We started having problems with water…read moreflow and when further investigated by another company, we were told that they only drilled down 55 feet instead of 83 feet that my husband requested. Not only that, they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet. We now have severe rust blockage and hardly any water flow. We have to get a new well after only being in our home for 8 years. When DNREC was notified of this fraudulent report, they did not care. They said after 3 years, they can't do anything. BEWARE! Do NOT have Willey do anything for you!!!!
