Simple snake job, quoted triple what I expected. Call the office and they knock money the price with a 30 minute time limit. The tech says he should finish in 15 minutes. So I let him do the job. Can't gain access to the pipe. Problem not getting fixed and we are at the 45 minute mark. They notice I have a leak in a pipe for the tub. Quote me a price for that. I figured it was total for the job to fix my tub. No, it is in addition to the first charge. At this point I don't trust them and tell them to forget it. I still have to pay the original amount that they quoted to fix my problem which they couldn't do. So now I am out a few hundred dollars for them to come and I have to now call someone else. I reach out to the office. Very rude! Well condescending is a better word. I explain that I did not receive a receipt. Instead of saying "I'm sorry, let me send it again", he says " well we sent it. I keep a record of everything we send and the time so you must have gotten it". Not professional. Very happy with the other company who came and was able to solve my problem. Nice, polite.
