I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. This particular Staples was my go-to when I lived in Southern California, I did not expect to stop by here again, but yet here I am, as I was in need of a refill cartridge for my ballpoint pen that a friend had given me. I wasn't quite sure which one it was so I did ask for help on the floor and within minutes someone came around to ask how they could help. I appreciate the friendliness, and the willingness to help. I found my exact cartridge for my ink pen and was super stoked to find a combo pack which dropped the price down significantly. If you're in Costa Mesa and you need any sort of office supply, you can imagine Staples would be the place to go. The…read moreprocess for replacing my tablet screen was very quick and easy, with Matt explaining everything thoroughly so I could understand what was going on. The replacement only took 1 hour, but he wanted to keep the tablet another few hours to make sure the glue stayed on well, which is fine by me! He also threw in a screen protector on the house, which was very much appreciated. The cost of the screen replacement was lower than I was expecting based off what I was reading online for other stores. I also want to commend him for his honesty: after I told him about the problem my Nintendo Switch was having, he explained that he might be able to fix the GPU problem, but he wasn't comfortable doing so and taking my money when it may run into the same problem again in a few days or weeks.
