We had a very poor experience with another company when researching windows and installation and…read morewere a bit cynical of contacting another business. However, the process of obtaining a quote was indeed as easy as Zen Windows website makes it out to be; check out their website and watch the videos. I completed their form with the number of windows, approximate size and the requirement that the windows must meet a minimum efficiency. A reply was quick and thorough and above all easily understood and answers to questions were immediate. Dennis provided all the information needed should a permit have been required. Once accepted, Kevin came out within a few days to take specific measurements needed for ordering the windows. Within just over a month, we received a call asking if the installation could take place within 48 hours as they had an opening. Ed, Jimmy and Daryl were the installation crew who arrived promptly and you could not ask for a more conscientious and professional team. They seemed to get along and worked well with each other. Care was taken to protect floors and carpet, the installation and operation of the windows was explained, and clean up was meticulous. I had planned to shampoo my carpets after they were finished and Daryl did such a good job of cleaning up the floors I did not have to vacuum first! We had 6 windows replaced and opted for the Endure EN600 series double hung, Energy Star Certified windows. These windows were installed on a warm day in rooms that get the afternoon sun and it was immediately apparent that the sun gain was much lower than the previous windows. The wind is gusting today and there are no drafts! The total cost was a bit above some of the other estimates but after our previous experiences as well as the ease of the ordering process, the personable and professional installers- much less the quality of the windows- it has been well worth it.

Their seasoned installers were very professional, prompt, and respectful of our home. They worked hard to replace our entire two story home in one day before bad weather was supposed to hit the next day. We feel like we got a great product that will last for many decades which also has a great warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting the best customer service and no pressure sales with a great buying experience.

The service guys apparently ordered a new one and it's been a nightmare. This was in January, part is expected in May and we still can't get customer service to call us back - mind you it's June! I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. No one should use Window Nation. If this review keeps one person from going through this it's worth it. Spend your time and money buying from a company that stands behind their product. It's NOT Window Nation.

This happened to my friend:…read more My experience with Window Nation has been a nightmare to say the least.   Bob Miller was our sales rep, we were going to decide between Window Nation and another company, which your company was more expensive.   What sold us on Window Nation was that through their financing we did not have to make a payment for 6 months which doing  a large remodel, that was a bonus.       I received an alert about the payment due, I called Bob and he was like "no that is wrong, you don't have to make a payment until June".  I went ahead and set up payment anyway to get to working on paying them off.   I noticed I had two missed payments on my credit history, one from January and one from February.  I called and come to find out he was wrong, it was not no payments for 6 months, it is zero percent interest for 6 months.     I also was unaware that it was a third party financing, to which I can only give my bank account and routing numbers to pay, which I like to use my credit cards to get points and rewards.  When I went to look at my payment history I noticed I had been charged interest every month since January.   So what exactly is the program I am in?  Bob couldn't seem to provide me with that answer nor could Kevin or Josh.  Kevin and Josh seem to be "higher ups" in the company, yet never seem prepared or even educated as to what the situation was  when one the phone they just kept passing the buck onto Greensky which is their third party finance company.  Window Nation uses Greensky, but yet neither of them can communicate with one another.    When asked what program I am in, they just said you will have to contact Greensky, yet Window Nation is whom sold it to me, told me it was no payment, then told me it was no interest, yet I have both, with a hit on my credit because of misinformation.    This entire experience has been a nightmare, I would have went with the other company had I not been misinformed.  The other company was $4000 more, but that was for 14 windows, which I got 4 with Window Nation.  The whole experience has been a nightmare.  They sell on false information, they are unprofessional and uneducated when it comes to customer service.  I do not recommend using this company, there are better priced companies out there.   I absolutely do not recommend using their financing!!!!!

(little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. Pathetic.

Matt saw that the 25 year old double door had a 3 inch sag in the center when in upper position, and along with other worn parts, caused it to bind. He secured a metal brace across door.
