I could not use them due to blurry vision. Short story is they tried to resolve this with repeated remaking of the lenses and a new eye check resulting in a different prescription. I still have issues with the new glasses and can not wear them, i will ge going to a different place to see if i can get a pair of glasses that work as well as my old glasses that i am wearing now and happy with. I can see the car dash board and street signs very will with my old glasses, not with the new ones. They did try to resolve the issue 3 times so i'm giving them 2 stars read more

I got my first glasses here over 15 years ago. They were perfect. They helped me select frames. The glasses were wire framed but lasted for years, even though I was not careful with them. (Since then I was sort of forced to go to other places that were "in network" with my insurance. Every place I got glasses, they were just not that great. Contacts, I could not even see out of, and had to return.) I went back to Webster Eye Care in 2019 and just paint full price, since they are still to of network. NO REGRETS. Perfect glasses, frames, everything. Now I need another pair, I won't waste my time with local places that are in network for Davis Vision. I'd rather go to Webster Eye Care Associates and get a quality, long lasting, accurately fitted pair of glasses that I can see out of. thank you, read more

I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Gustin has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I've not had the same experience with Mike. The last time I was there he was rude and smiling the whole time through our very brief appointment. Why? It makes no sense. I will continue to go to the office- I will just not see Mike. read more

Dr. Shari Gustin provided excellent customer service with a very thorough eye examine. She was a pleasure to deal with. However, the treatment I received from certain staff at the time I arrived to pick up my eyeglass order was beyond unprofessional. I was further dismayed to find the glass lens was broken And they did not accept American Express. I was very angry at this because I made a point of calling the office before my appointment to ask if they accepted credit card payments. I got a yes from them but no one said No American Express. I told the horribly rude man not to bother ordering another pair of glasses from their manufacturer to replace the broken pair. I had Zero confidence in their company and would have nothing more to do with them. To date I've spoken to two office workers regarding this and have since received a Phony "Invoice". I've spoken to my insurance company and their comments reinforce my opinion. I would recommend Dr. Shari Gustin for your eye exams BUT get your eye glasses elsewhere! read more

Everything was fine I'd give the dr 5 stars but those ladies at the desk are rude. Pretty much told me I was lying about my daughter needing new lenses and made me feel defeated and I still have no answers on how to get the new lenses for my daughter so here we are with an appt in 4 months to see how new lenses are and no answers on how to get them. I have had eye exams by both Dr. Shari Gustin and Dr. Amanda Sanford. Both Doctors were very professional, the staff was courteous, and answered all my questions. Mike Gustin took an exceptional amount of time with me and was very good at fitting me with glasses. Mike also is an avid outdoors-man, community minded person and helped me get some very nice shooting glasses for my various outdoor activities. These people are family oriented, kind, and generous with their time. All of a sudden, the personal service was gone and I was just a number to be rushed through the exams to maximize their profits. While this was over a year ago Im posting it because I am once again trying to find a good eye doctor. The exam part was fine, very thorough, however the optical side of things were less than what I would call comfortable. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to try on anything even though I did not have any change in prescription. I felt pressured from the optician to at least look at glasses so I did. What I did not appreciate was a phone call from him a few days later basically asking why I had not purchased anything. The tone in the phone call felt more like bullying than I care to deal with. After talking to my friends about it, it seems I'm not the only one that has felt this kind of push, almost made to feel guilty if you don't purchase glasses from him. read more

Professional looking facility in and out. Nice selection of eye wear including some high end. Recently had a complete eye exam, all went well. Appointment was a few weeks out from when I called, not a problem. Only a couple of issues, might be minor, don't schedule an appointment just before lunch. The hand off of this customer between staff seems be be a bit "loose". Also had to call 2x to see if my new lenses were in = "yes they are come right in" = thought; why did Webster-I-care not call the customer first? 1st call was for just new lenses and 2nd was for new script sun glasses. I have been to other eye places and they were okay but stopped taking my insurance and were just too expensive! This has never been the case. Mike has been very kind and helpful with me and my financial constraints. All the staff is very polite and cheerful. I would recommend calling ahead as they have many loyal customers that just drop in. They try their very best to accommodate everyone. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

I just had my second visit at Webster Eyecare and I'm very happy with them. My first visit was about 6 months ago for an annual eye exam. Today was an "emergency" visit. Both times I saw Dr. Clinton Sugnet. He's really great. Very personable and good sense of humor! At my annual eye exam it was determined that I have a very low perscription for reading glasses. There was no hard sell to purchase perscription glasses from their store, right in the office, which I very much appreciated. It's nice to know its there though, all in one place, when I decide to make that purchase. I called this morning at 9:45 am hoping to get an appointment within the next day or two. They were able to get me in at 11:45. Fantastic! Couldn't be happier. All of the office staff was friendly and helpful. read more
