I've been here a few times now, and it really hit me how many incredible nurses I've encountered but never properly acknowledged. In the moment, you're focused on the procedure--but it's the people who leave the lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to Kenya and Jenn for taking such great care of me during both pre-op and recovery. Their calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. And to the entire OR team--about 5-6 nurses whose names I didn't have the chance to catch--your professionalism and seamless teamwork did not go unnoticed. It would be helpful if there was an online link so patient could fill out in advance of their first appointment. Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

I have known of him since he was at the university of Nevada Athletics Dept as the main Dr. He diagnosed me accordingly and also had me do therapy for full range of motion right away unlike ROC who didn't even mention that. It's tough to get in the schedule but my surgery went successful today. Dr. Pappas was very clear on what he recommended an what should be done didn't feel pressured at all. The entire team and process was done so well and professionally I am so grateful. His assistant Terry is also very professional and I am surprised she isn't a Dr. for the amount of knowledge she has. It felt like they didn't care about patients actual conditions just handing out exercises. They spoke too fast, used terms without explaining anything, and assumed I already knew what I was doing. As a beginner, I felt completely overlooked and they just laugh??? Although the front desk staff hid it well you can tell they were also dismissive and acted annoyed by basic questions instead of helping when they should be the ones knowing everything not me. Overall, this place lacks professionalism, communication, and patient care. Do not go to this place. especially if you're new to physical therapy.

Dr. Kyle found the spot and made the adjustment and I felt instant relief. My other adjustments put my senses in another world and I left feeling quite wonderful. It has been a little over a month, the spot is a little crunchy, intermittent pain instead of constant pain, and my level of pain has decreased so much that I'm functional again. Further, Dr. Kyle provided exercises that work that area to assist in the recovery. I am now in the direction of where I want to be. The first appointment is thorough.
