Luckily, I called them Wednesday and they were able to get me in that Saturday morning. It had been a night of stress and family drama due to this incident, and when he arrived on site, and I went over to meet him, the first thing he did was to offer me a bag of M&Ms simply because he could tell by my voice earlier on the phone, that I was having one hell of a night. And not only did he provide a calm energy to a volatile situation, but provided a solution to getting my mom's car back home without the use of a wrecker. His sincerity, kindness and dedication to others' wellbeing are genuine. I could not have made it through that harrowing experience that involved an adult sibling's intoxication, damage to the car, dangerous entries and exits multiple times on a busy thoroughfare, dealing with an alcoholic, lost car keys, and extra trips downtown between 11pm and 1:30am before a school week without Marty. His assistance was worth gold and to top it off, he kept an earlier scheduled maintenance repair appointment two days later on my mom's Volvo without a blink of the eye. Marty magically breathed new vigor into that dying Volvo by building an entirely new battery attachment which had the old Volvo running in no time.
