They let me know they would pay more and I took them up on their offer. I went into carmax and started their process, it took about 45 minutes and the salesman really beat me up I felt like, hammered me about the cars miles, the condition, error codes etc.. The offer was low and after the barrage I told him let me go across the street and see what they offer. I drove literally across the street and met Mark and started the cash money process. After about 15 minutes he was back and said he liked the car and offered me $200 over the Carmax price, I told him another $200 and we had a deal and we shook on it and I couldnt have been happier. That jump across the street yielded me another 400$ and I got the check that day. Mark helped me unload my trunk and clean out the car AND drove me back home. I cant say enough nice things about CMC. We first made an appointment and when we arrived, my husband waited over 2 hours for the attendant to tell him they couldn't see him that day. We drove an hour to Laurel because we had an appointment and we're treated like we didnt matter! My husband drove another hour and made a 2nd reservation at the Laurel location. When we came, we waited another 2 hours. Then when I went back to the desk to check the status of our appointment, they said they may not be able to see us today. They did not keep us updated , nor cared how long we drive to get there, and that we had an appointment. Once we walked to our car to leave, they decided to take the white couple that was awaiting behind us. We knew because when we started our car, we saw the attendant get then ready for a test drive. This was the worst customer service ever and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. Very inconsiderate and no customer service! We told the Laurel CarMax location that we actually had a check to purchase a car with and didn't need a loan, and they didn't care. My husband and I ended up going to a dealership, making an appointment, and actually being seen at the time we made the appointment. We walked out of there with our car!

They told me my warranty was cancelled and have not provided much assistance to correct the error or a rental while I've been without a car for 3 weeks. I have a 6 month old at home and don't have the time or the resources to fight everyday with the staff about an issue enterprise caused. I don't blame the salesperson. I found out due to a police officer debating if she was pulling her gun on me because she thought the car was stolen. I've been fighting them to get the paperwork correct for 3 weeks now. I wasn't able to drive my illegal car so they so kindly gave me a rental "for free". They told me I needed to get insurance on it or if anything happened I'd be charged out of pocket. So I begrudgingly did and told them since I only had a rental because they messed up that I would be giving them that bill right back when we were done and they claimed I wouldn't be charged. Well they now taken over $600 out of my account for the insurance that was "my choice" and will not refund it. They also will not give me my original registration because its "inconvenient" for them to drive 20 mins down the road to get it and that I should just except the copy. WORSE CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!
