The transaction itself was fairly straightforward, just signed some paperwork and got cash. The guy who came out was great! When the tow place said they'd charge $85 because of some missing form (which I had confirmed with these guys earlier in the day they had - the tow place was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible), he spent probably half an hour going back and forth with his boss and the tow place until it was resolved so I didn't get charged extra. He even helped me carry out a box of stuff I had left in the trunk. Awesome service!! Hopefully I don't have to get rid of a car again anytime soon, but if I did I'd definitely call these guys first!

Before signing any paperwork, I told both the General Sales Manager and Finance Manager - not once, not twice, but three separate times - that I did NOT want any extended warranty or GAP insurance. They assured me everything was clean, showed me paperwork with no mention of those products, and I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. A few months later, I reviewed my loan statement and discovered they had slipped in both an extended warranty and GAP coverage into my financing without my knowledge or consent. That is deceptive, unethical, and borderline criminal. When I went back to confront them, they made me wait 30 minutes only to tell me to "call the Finance Manager." I called three separate times -- every time I was told he "wasn't available." I emailed their accounting department three times -- not a single response. This is clearly how they operate: ignore the customer, stonewall, and hope the problem goes away. To make it even worse, they also tacked on a $100 "car wash" charge without ever disclosing it. The wash itself was pathetic -- the car was still dirty and clearly rushed. It wouldn't even be worth $10. Let me be crystal clear: They lied to my face. They manipulated the paperwork. They added unauthorized charges for the sake of commission. They disappeared the moment I found out. This is not a misunderstanding. Anyhow- long story, short - CS had a fast turnaround. We called them, provided pictures along with car information and they provided us with a cash offer. The offer was lower than other online offers BUT CS was the only one that could pick up the car on the same day from a very expensive tow yard. We needed it to be removed as quickly as possible so we did not incur additional fees. Masih our tow driver was prompt and respectful.
