We were grateful to have our immediate family members with us with the people restriction and Moana was graciously able to fly over to Kaua'i for us so we could follow through with our special day. She listened to all my asks and respectfully listened to my family's wishes as well and blended everything so effortlessly. Moana can do it all, just tell her what your wants are and she'll do whatever she can to make your special day come true, mind you during our wedding day, she was pregnant with her third child, bless her and all her sons. She is easy to get ahold of, understanding of our needs, and helpful with other referrals as well. Friendly and incredibly sweet! We also hired AE Love You Events to include a local dance performance at our reception. My guests and I loved every moment! Talented musicians and dancers who made the evening all the more special. My husband and I are from two different countries and we love to travel. It was amazing for us and our guests to include elements of the Hawaiian culture during our wedding ceremony so we could further appreciate our surroundings. We agreed that they would arrive early in the day, before the tables were setup. All that needed to be done was to turn the lights on. My reception started at 6pm. I don't know what time they arrived, but at 5:50pm, the seat covers and bows were still being put on. My family had to help out and my husband had to ask to have the walllights turned on. It wasn't their fault, but the vendor setup one less table than they were supposed to, and we weren't even offered any money back in return. We definitely did not give tip, considering they did not hold up to their timing agreement, my family had to help, and that's just something you don't want to have to worry about the day of your reception. Although the pricing was resonable, I do not recommend them at all

At first, I wanted everything; linens, chair covers, backdrop and drapes inside the entire venue, a love seat and flowers. Despite the changes, Stephany was super accommodating. She never gave me a hard time about cancelling some of the services I got from her, and sent my invoice right away. I chose to do all white for my venue. I had white table covers, white chair covers, white sashes, and amazing pipe and drapes behind the head table. I was also provided with the leis, bouquets, boutonnieres, and a big arrangement for my head table. She provided me roses in pink and white color. They weren't exactly the flowers I was looking for, because I made a fake flower arrangement for my centerpieces, but, they were really beautiful. If you are particular, I would suggest that you have Stephany provide you with your flower needs, that way it would all coordinate and look the same. Gwen and Denise were super friendly through all the stress of planning and very accomodating with the changes we had to make. We were allowed to cancel a large tent two days before the event when it appeared that the weather would hold up. The workers showed up promptly that morning and busted 'okole setting everything up just as we asked. Then they showed up promptly at the end of the night, busting 'okole again to take everything away. The whole time, they were pleasant and respectful. Accel will be at the top of our list should we need event services in the future.
