We ended up going to Hav because it has a better online rating, because a friendly guy there started chatting with us, and because the fish soup there looked the best to us. The fish soup was incredibly tasty with plenty of very fresh shrimp, mussels and fish, generously portioned, and has spoiled me as far as all other fish soups go. The seafood in the soup was added at the last minute so that it was cooked perfectly and really highlighted how fresh it was. The toast skagen was also a pretty good size and fresh. We also had some of their natural wines and a sample of the aquavit. The guy (so sorry we never got his name), was quite attentive and friendly when he wasn't helping other customers get seafood to cook at home.
