I was told the process would be to sandblast the black paint off, smooth them out and paint them white. Needless to say they had been returned to my house without my knowledge. They are damaged and chipped in several areas which happened while in transit on Alberto's pickup truck and he refuses to take my call to correct the problem. Clearly they were not sandblasted. It has been over a month and I am out $400 for a piss poor job. That is half the contracted price and he still has my base plates which I will now have to be purchase all over again.
