Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer. Called the usual suspects around town, ALL of whom said they didn't have the correct size in a used tire and tried to sell me a new tire for $70 and up. Nope. Googled 'used tires Newark, Ohio' and this business came up. I'd never heard of them but called. They had several used tires in that size, told me it would be $25-35 depending on the quality of the tire, and I didn't need an appointment. They also gave me directions to their location behind Wilson Garden Center. I showed up an hour and a half later. They were well-staffed with friendly people and had me out the door in ten minutes for $25, which included installation and a check of the other three tires. Locally owned, too. I'll go back.

After pulling my car into the bay, Rob noticed a couple noises and offered to check them out at no extra charge. That extra attention uncovered several issues I never would have known to ask about. Since he knew I was preparing for a long road trip, he took the time to clearly explain what actually needed immediate attention for safety and what could realistically wait until I got home and have my brother, who is a mechanic, take a look. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or scared into unnecessary repairs.
