Predatory practices, Bullying tactics and tone deaf staff, constant calls from multiple facilities in that area not the particular location that I rented from. Voicemail is all you get and then they call you back and leave weird messages. Prices never the same, my storage increased by 50 dollars and sometimes even higher depending on how they are feeling I guess because I've never experienced that type of arrogance before. Even trying to get corporate you can't reach them, there are so many prompts until you give up on trying to reach a human. Everyone is sorry you experienced this or that, yet nothing has changed. It is a storage not a home why are you charging like someone is living there and applying fees by the 3rd is insane and again I am storing not living in there.

A couple of times I put off making the drive to go into the store to make a payment. The messages left are not the least bit offensive... my bill, my bad, not theirs. I appreciate that. Friday, I expressed to Hailey that in my old age, I'm getting paranoid about going to my unit, alone. That sweet girl offered to accompany me. I'm so happy to know that customer service actually means something to her. I've changed my mind about relocating my things to a different storage company that's closer to me. Never had a single issue with management - Until Tamika. She seems to have big corporate aspirations but totally lacks in customer service. Today I was at my storage space looking through some fabric books to take to an appointment. My overhead lights are out so I plugged in a light (outlet right next to my unit) so I could see. Here comes Tamika. "You have to unplug the light. It is a fire hazard". My overhead lights are out! I need to see. "You can't work here". I need to pull some stuff from my storage and I need to see. I got nowhere. And this isn't the first time. I have asked for someone from corporate to contact me. That hasn't happened. You try to call corporate and it routes you back to the local business - and Tamika. I am going to have to look for another space because of one employee.
